Their service people were always nice and prompt, but I always felt like I was being talked out of asking them to come back. I previously asked to be treated for wasps. Asked them to come back and treat the weepholes as they were going in and not coming out. I was told it wouldn't help. After suffering all summer, 2 days after they treated the weepholes for wasp I no longer had the problem. I will go back to Preventative Pest Control.

They are pretty good. They do come out whenever you call them so I can’t complain about that. They always call before they come over and they always come when they say they will. They’ve always been really professional.

They go through different name changes and we have been with them for about 15 years.  They are always punctual and I never have to worry about them not showing up. They always call ahead of time to let you know when they will be there. They have been great.

The exterminators who come are always friendly and professional. They offer advice for any concerns I have. There are no hidden fees and customers are encouraged to call if they have any issues between visits and they come back free of charge. There is no contract required.

They couldn't get rid of the ants that I had and I ended up having to get rid of the ant myself. They weren't following through. They weren't showing up for appointments that they did have with me and then if they were showing up, they weren't doing what they said they were going to do. It was $99 every three months and they would come out as many times as we asked them to come out but they weren't solving the problem whenever they came out. Their pricing I think was fair. They were professional and they were not taking care of my bug situation. They literally couldn't figure it out and the manager came out several times.

They were the ones that originally did the pest control for the builder and we have been happy with them. I am not sure they are the cheapest, but they have done a good job. We are coming up on the one year anniversary in this house. We only contract for pest control on the outside of the house although they have this system inside the wall that they charge every quarter. I did not compare pricing with other companies. I think their quality is fine. The people are professional and we have not had any bug problems. We have an ongoing contract for quarterly service. I have no problems at all with their responsiveness. I have not had occasion to call them for a problem in-between the normal treatments. They always make sure that we have our dog secured inside and they close the gates after they are done and lock them up. I have no trouble with any of their work.

I've had them for years and I've never had any problems. I never see any bugs. They do a wonderful job. The pricing is fine. They are very good and they will always been here. I don't have any problem with their punctuality. I've been using them since I moved here 9 years ago.

We use HomeTeam and we like them. They have been providing services for us for about ten years now and the last time that they have provided services for us was in March. They always do a good job and they show up on time. Their price varies because sometimes you will have some other issues like extra bugs or something that you want treated.

I have them on a quarterly service contract. They call me ahead of time, they come out when they say they will come out, and they leave a note saying what they did and the charges on my door. The only issue I have had, is that I have asked that when they call me saying when they are coming out, they should replace the termite baits, but the don't. I think because I have a plan with them, the price is not as expensive as normal, but I would say it is on the higher side.

Excellent work. All staff has, from appointment staff at the office to the service reps have been professional. Price is a little higher than some "economy" services. However, our home has the TAEXX in wall system for pest control for which they have proprietary use of. It works. Prevents them from having to come into the house to do quarterly pest control, unless we have a specific pinpointed issue; and these type of visits are usually by appointment between services (this is very rare). Very pleased with their service.

I have this system where I don’t necessarily have to be at home when they come.  They plug into the wall which was set up by the builder when the house was built, and so I do like that service.  They take care of all the outside of the yard too and so I rarely ever have any problems.  So it’s pretty good.  I will more than likely use them again in the future.

I was with this company for years and their service just got progressively worse.  They started to send out techs that were untrained or without the needed equipment and supplies to fulfill their contractual agreements. Their arrival times got worse and worse and often appoitnments were missed.
They made excuses but never reimbirsed me for work that was never done saying it was part of the contract and worse, never sent anyone out to correct their wrongs.
In some cases, I had to treat my home my self due to no shows from scheduled appointments...

I have used Home Team Pest Defense for quarterly service since March of 2008.  We have not had any problems with bugs in our home. The company also comes out in between services should we have any problems with bugs. Once, after a heavy storm, we had large ant piles pop up all over our back yard.  Called and the company came out the next day to rid of the ants.  
I have had some trouble with the office staff.  While they have always been courteous, most times I do not receive a return call when leaving a message.  I have to call back until I reach a live person to schedule or put in a request for service.  
Overall, company is professional and do extensive sprayings.

My contract is for quarterly service but anytime I see bugs or critters I can call them and they will come back out to re-treat my property at no charge. The experience with them has been good and their customer service is awesome. I will use them again in the future.

If there are any additional problems they come out at no extra cost.  The guy that comes is very good.  He is very professional and courteous.  If you are not there, he will leave a note and still take care of the outside.  He makes sure the job gets done.

The response time is very good. It just gets done.

I have been using Home Team Pest Defense for about three years.  They installed an automatic system where they just have to plug into the system and it sprays into the walls.  I will continue to use Home Team Pest Defense.

He is really good and overall  I think he would get an A. I would use him agin.

They come in at a time whenever we have set up an appointment.  If I have any particular problem that I want them to address while they’re there, they don’t charge me for that.  If I have to have them come out in between times, they don’t charge me for that extra material.  I will use them again in the future.

We have a contract with them and they do quarterly inspection. They do a good job.  Basically everything they do works.  We had another pest control service.  We used them for three years and we kept having bugs.  We don’t have bugs now.  They are reliable and competent.

They're pretty good. I don't have any complaints. They are very personable.
