Description of Work: Very good service. I needed a UPS battery replaced, and an annual servicing of our home elevator. My previous vendor (Thyssen Krup) moved out of state, and I needed a local vendor who knew how to work this brand. I was not disappointed. I will use them in the future

In particular, Jay Knapp?s knowledge of elderly needs was very helpful in the project?s overall design. Home Elevator delivered exactly what they promised and the entire construction team was very professional. The project took several months and they helped us obtain approvals from our homeowner?s association for this work. Home Elevator delivered the project ahead of schedule and on budget. I used to be a construction company general manager and I can say without any hesitation that we were and still are very pleased with the work. Additionally, we use Home Elevator to maintain the elevator twice a year. We highly recommend Home Elevator of Houston.

 + -1 moreI can not say enough good things about the professionalism of Jay (Owner) and his staff. All communications and interactions were timely and top-notch. I had to give a B for quality of the product. It took 3 weeks to install the lift due to a defective undercarriage. Jay worked closely with us and the manufacturer to minimize the impact of this product defect and resolve it in as timely a manner as possible. Regardless of the slight installation headache, I would use this business again due to their handling of the entire project.
Description of Work: We had this business install a chair lift for my mother on the return stairs of our 2-story home.
