I met with Scottie and she helped me purchase the blinds and line up the installer company. The installation man came to my house and took measurements and he ordered the blinds.
The blinds came and I had some difficulty getting in touch with the installation company. I called Home Depot and they said they would have the installer call me but he didn't call so I WENT to HOME DEPOT and spoke to another man and after 2 days the installer company DID call and we set a date for them to put the blinds in.
The installation date is next week.

I had a lot of demands. i wanted cabinets in the raw, and i wanted them to be and quot;glass readyand quot; but with no glass in them so we could paint them easier when they arrived. She knew exactly who could provide (only ONE company could do it) and worked with my ideas every step of the way. Also, i wanted to build my own hood, so she showed me how to order just the inside parts and build the case myself! Also, theres a really low window in my kitchen and she came up with how to work around it and not have to close it up by using a really neat bench seat idea. I have a 1940's home and we wanted the cabinets to look exactly like the build in hutch that already exists in kitchen, and she understood that. She knew every measurement in the world off the top of her head (counter height, width, cabinet to island, ceiling to floor cabinet height, ALL appliance dimensions, you name it) And she even took my whole order and said she wouldn't place the order til the next sale started, saving my 25%! Cant say enough about this woman and her customer service. When you go to home depot at 59 south and 610, ask for Laura Delgadillo!!!!!!!

The actual sales people that we dealt with at Home Depot in the blinds department left a little something to be desired. The crew that came to measure and eventually install the blinds were very professional and did a great job.

I always spend a lot longer. than I should finding un-warped lumber. Messy and unintelligible staff.

The outside front door was replaced by Home Depot at a very hard time for me. My husband ordered a new front door from Home Depot before passing away. When the door arrived, we were to busy with his death that they held the door for me until I was available for the installation. I called Home Depot after things were more settled to come and install the door. I was very pleased with the door. It worked fine and the installation service man was very nice and punctual.

ALTHOUGH THE SELECTION WAS LIMITED IN STYLE, I WAS ABLE TO FIND SOMETHING THAT WOULD WORK FOR THE SHORT-TERM UNTIL I MAKE A FINAL DECISION ON COLOR AND STYLE. THE PERSON ASSISTING IN THE DEPT WAS HELPFUL WITH GIVING IDEAS ON WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND ALSO REMINDED ME OF ITEMS I WOULD NEED TO MAKE SURE LAYING THE CARPET WAS COMPLETE. THE PRICING WAS COMPETITIVE AND ALOT LESS THAN IF WE WENT TO A SPECIALTY RUG STORE.

I WAS HELPED BY AN EMPLOYEE TO SECURE THE LADDER TO THE TOP OF MY CAR.
