On both jobs, which were contracted through Home Depot as the materials were purchased there, the work was done professionally and promptly as promised by the associates at Home Depot. I had one minor issue with the counter top but that was addressed immediately.  

We had two webs of cracks in 20-year-old solid surface counters.  Bob came out and gave an estimate.  A few days later Juan came with his crew.  They removed the cracked top and, using some leftover we had from the job, made it good as new.  They even removed the old rusty sink and cut for the new one.  Then they made a matching shelf for the microwave. 

The interaction was okay. We were just not interested in completing the project at the time.

An estimator from Home Depot showed up right on time and took the measurements. A few weeks later, the installer (a contractor) showed up as promised with the countertop (granite). The estimator had not measured properly and the countertop was too small. I was told it would take a little longer than they planned but wasn't asked for more money or asked to reschedule the visit. Instead, the installers waited in my front yard until a truck came out four hours later with the correctly-sized countertop. They worked into the evening to get it properly installed.

We contacted the store for purchase of the doors and schedule installation. Upon arrival, the installer informed us about the removing the door from the resident would be an extra charge and so he was instructed to leave the doors at the resident. The storm door was installed but it was evident that the new door was much smaller. He was directed to resolve the issues and so he constructed a frame within the door frame the added clear caulking. After installing the rear door, the installer inserted the doors locking devices and proceeded to clean up. Upon his departure, we notice that the servicemen had disabled our home alarm system for we failed to remove it from the door frame. To our surprise the installer cut the connection completely. As a result, we have had to call the alarm company to schedule repairs of alarm.

The guys from Home Depot did a nice job on the counters, they fit well and the opening for the sink was cut well. They did leave a bit of a mess, but nothing I couldn't clean up easily, especially for their price. I have used them many times and have never had a problem and would recommend their dependability to do the job.

The salesperson at this location really helped me pick out what I wanted for my kitchen. They were very nice and professional during the sales and installation process. I really love my countertop. I thought the price was good as well.

Home Depot were very quick to do the work. They were very nice, and the price was great. The door works very good. It is quiet. I'm thinking of having another door replaced, and I will call them again to do the work.

THE SALESMAN WAS VERY HELPFUL IN MAKING MY SELECTION. THE WORKERS FROM HOME DEPOT DID A GOOD JOB RESURFACING THE CABINETS.
