The Home Depot representative was very professional. He took measurements on all the windows we wanted replaced and gave us his estimate.  He said Home Depot was installing software on his computer to give me a more accurate estimate but the estimate  he gave me would be in the "ball park."  Before leaving our home  he said I would hear from him within two days. Two days later he called and said he still did not have his computer or software and was waiting. After this conversation we never heard back from him. I would not use Home Depot again for any type service like this.

The installation was horrible; it was a nightmare. They left a mess and we had to caulk and put trim all around the windows after they left. The girl that came out to sell us the windows assured us that she would be out here to make sure their contractor did the job right but we never saw her again. It was not a good experience. I definitely would not use Home Depot again. The product was bad too; they were too expensive for what we ended up getting. The installer came back out when we let them know there was a problem but Home Depot did not really care. They did not do what they were supposed to do.

They are great. They have a lifetime warranty on the doors and will come out at any time to fix any kind of issues. They are prompt and their product is great.

Everything was wonderful! A subcontractor installed everything and it was excellent! They did a beautiful job and were pleasant to work with overall. I appreciated them keeping the work areas neat and clean. I couldn?t have asked for anything better! It?s also backed by a great warranty, which we recently tested. Our dog ran through a screen and they quickly came out to replace it.  

I asked them what happens if something goes wrong and they stated they will back their work, instead of playing the typical blame game.

They were both very good, whom they sent out and the sales man was very nice and very informative. It was before Christmas, the guy who was installing was leaving that night to Mexico to see his family and he came and put it in even before he had to go, so he was very accomodating. Overall experience and quality was definitely an “A”. I would definitely use their services again in the future.

Purchased/ordered a Kholer one piece toilet and also purchased installation. The product arrived in good time. Home Depot installation services called me promptly and scheduled the installation in the time frame I needed. The service crew (2 men) arrived within the time frame requested and promptly installed the toilet. Overall installation tool about 45-60 minutes. However, after about 2 hrs., I noticed a leak around the base of the toilet. I called the service center and they promptly had the repair crew call me back the same day. They suggested a few test to determine if the leak was caused by installation or a crack in the toilet. The test they suggested identified that the leak was due to the installation. The repair crew came back out to my house and re-installed the toilet. It has now been several months; NO LEAKS!Everything is working fine.

TEO SALES REPS ASSESSED LAWN AND RESEARCHED WHICH FERTILIZER WOULD BE BEST TO USE DIFFERENT TYPES OF GRASS. LAWN LOOKS MORE HEALTHY- GREENER, WEEDS HAVE BEEN DYING.

The individual sent by Home Depot was clearly under the impression that if one is a female homeowner, one is prepared to take anything one is told as law. Therefore, when I informed him that I was not interested in being taught Siding 101, he became irate and began quizzing me on my knowledge of Hardie Plank. Apparently I knew enough to get him to back down, and he went on to explain why he was about to give me the quote he'd reached. I was then given a 10 minute treatise on all that was wrong with local companies, when I informed him that his bid was $6000 higher than my next highest bid, and $8000 higher than my lowest bid. When I asked specific questions about the work he said would be done, he was unable to tell me all that I needed to know because he didn't actually know which of the outside contractors Home Depot would use. In all, I think if you're going to use Home Depot for work on your house, you'd better get competing bids, and a whole lot of written guarantees.

Home Depot subcontracts employees to come and do the work for you. I feel that they gave us a reasonable bid on plank siding so I hired them to do it. The plank siding is suppose to need less painting and is resistant to termites. I feel that they did the work in a timely fashion. They even gave us a one year no interest loan for my project.

WORKER WAS ON TIME AND VERY POLITE. PRICE WAS GOOD.
