Piano Tuning
Called on a Saturday morning and David offered to come out later that evening. He took a look at the piano and provided a detailed explanation on why the piano was not worth repairing. While it was clear that he didn't want to work on this particular problem, he offered the name of another person who might be willing to address this type of particular problem, and also offered advice on what to look for with a new or used piano.

Piano Tuning
It is excellent and it holds its tuning much better when David does it than anyone else we have had. I think he just takes more time and does it more masterfully than anyone else we have tried in the past. He has also tuned the pianos at our local church. (And they get abuse just by the nature of so many different players and kids banging on the keys!)
