Excellent, prompt work. Had to replace 3 motors and panel. Took time to explain new panel and addressed small leak. Would highly recommend.

They could not figure out that the return for the water to the filter was stopped out with a stopper screwed in.

It went well. Owner was very knowledgeable and professional. He was caught in a traffic jam on the freeway and called to let me know he was on his way to our scheduled appointment but would be late. He showed up shortly thereafter.

He checked the pump connections and then evaluated the electrical system of the control system .  Determined that a fuse had blown and replaced it.

This is a correction/update of my review of December 25th. I want to remove the previous review but I don't know how. 

Chuck from Hi Tech contacted me to apologize about the SNAFU with my call. He came out, inspected and made his recommendations. The price includes the price of the cover and pump motor. Chuck very kindly offered me a discount. Work was done swiftly and, when there was a follow up issue, Chuck took care of it immediately. Great job!Please ignore the previous review. I will try to get it deleted.

Hi Tech was easy to get a hold of and showed up when they said they would.  The problem with the beaker box found and fixed quickly. The technician then went through all the components of the hot tub to ensure they were in good working order.  He then informed me that the quote to fix the hot tub was free and that I did not owe him any money because there was nothing wrong with the hot tub.

DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM WE HAD IN OUR JACUZZI, AND FIXED IT IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. THE COST OF REPAIR WAS MUCH BETTER THAN THE OTHER QUOTE I HAD. AND FINALLY, CHUCK WENT BEYOND AND ABOVE, BY COMING OVER ON A SATURDAY FULLY EQUIPPED AND READY. YOU CAN'T FIND THIS KIND OF SERVICE EVERY WHERE THESE DAYS. I REALLY APPRETIATE HIM AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS COMPANY. HE REPLACED THE MOTOR PUMP AND THE LINES, AND MADE SURE THE SYSTEM WORKS WELL. HE BACKED THE JOB HE DID WITH 1 YEAR PARTS WARRANTY AND 3 MONTHS LABOR WARRANTY. THANK YOU CHUCK!
