If I didn't know about where it was I couldn't find it they did such a good job. They were the best. Their service, their followup, the quality of their work - great job for people who are looking. I gave them pillow cushions to work on now.

I met the owner, Joe, when he came out to the house to repair a new bed from which we had just purchased at a high-end furniture co. I was impressed with his work at that time so I had him look at other items of furniture that needed repair. He explained in detail what each job would require and what I could expect the outcome to be. He also left a written copy of the exact prices for each piece. He arranged for the furniture to be picked up and taken to his shop. Once he began to do the work, he noted that some pieces required more than what he had estimated but he was not going to charge me for the additional labor. Once completed, he delivered the furniture and it was just as he promised; better than what we had imagined! Our decorator was so impressed that she took his name and has already referred it to some of her clients. Joe takes great pride in his work. We are thrilled.

Regina is very responsive. They called to schedule a pickup for the couch and showed up on time. The only reason I rated them a B on responsiveness was because it took a very long time to get the couch back. Part of that could be because I was in no hurry for it to return as it is not our primary couch. They did a high quality job.
