arrived promptly. explained procedure. completed work. very professional and courteous. explained each step. replaced soil and cleaned up driveway with pressure washer.

We received several quotes and Cookes was the most reasonable. Cookes does not include electric but once we were able to find an electrician the quote was still less than the two other quotes we received. It took extra time to find an electrician so we appreciated that Cookes would follow-up every couple weeks to see where we stood. Once we selected Cookes the process was quick, less than two weeks from the time we signed the agreement to the time the drain-field was installed. I requested that they try to minimize the look of a huge ugly mound and they did a great job working it into the landscape, I was pleased with the end product.

A very good experience. Was on time for meeting and quotation, installed new drain field on scheduled date at quoted price.

Cookes did not completely pump out the tank. They left more than 200 gallons of liquid and solid watse in the tank. Cookes also gave a false inpection report saying that the drainfield was bad. Saying there was moisture, excess ordor and the drainage field failed. Cookes Jim Baker came out and gave an estimate of $6500 to replace drainage field.

Had All About Septic Services in Port St. Lucie come out and give a 2nd estimate. Upon review form All About Septic Services found that Cookes did not completely pump out the septic tank which violates Florida state laws. Gave a false inspection report saying the drainage field was bad.

All About Septic Services found a broken pipe between the tank and discharge box which put the drainage field not working at all.

All About Septic Services gave an estimate of $850 the complete pumping out tank and cleaning, replace broken pipe and new inspection report.

After All About Septic Service completed the work. Drainage field worked as required without major work to need replacement.

Cookes is not good on customer relations . Refused to refund the $400 for not completing a job as contracted. Making out false inspection reports to deceive customers in doing work that is not needed.

Cookes is not a good company at all!!!!

I was very satisfied with their services. Their price for pumping was on average as everyone else's. They came immediately. I would use their services again in the future if I had too.
