"I am not sure what happened here, but I sure would like to make this right. Our records show we confirmed with [name removed] on Tuesday for a Friday morning appointment between 8:00 and 9:00am. We normally do not confirm an appointment that has been made within one week. I am sorry for this confusion. The service includes the inside. We will be happy to return at no charge to do the inside whenever is a good time for you. Some clients prefer to have the outside only treated, in that case we don't go inside unless there is a specific problem inside. However this happened, I am sorry and we will return at no charge and do the inside. Because you are an Angie's List customer, we gave you the same price you received when you signed up for the "big deal" for the original service last year. We normally service customers every 3 months. Because this happened, if you decide to give us a try in the future, we will give you 50% off your next service. We take customer satisfaction very seriously and would like to resolve this matter with your complete satisfaction. The work is guaranteed for 30 days. I had one technician come out. This technician was so professional. He answered all my questions. A few weeks later I had a second technician come out and two weeks later I had a final technician come out. The last technician was late but I felt that I should have been called and told that he would be late.
I feel the cost was much too high. The work was done by each technician and I don't see anymore flees after the last visit.
