Harmony Landscaping

Did an amazing job, at one of our properties. We are looking forward to working w/Harmony Landscaping again.

They completely forgot to blow the leaves in the back of the house, the driveway, and the front porch. They only "cleaned" the front yard (a small strip of grass 8'x45' long) and there were still some leaved left there.
When I texted them confused about  what happened (and sent a picture of the back yard covered with leaves), they responded that "we removed a full bag of leaves from your very small yard...". 
Huh? So do they charge per bag of leaves collected (limit to 1), not by the final result ?? 
The fact is the fact - they completely forgot to blow leaves from most of the property, and the tiny piece that they did do was done so so. The price they charge is standard - we used other companies in the past for the same price, so it's not like we cheapened out and hired some cheap labor. Very disappointing. 

This was a big maintenance job that took over a day. The team worked all day until the early evening and finished the following day. The end result was a very professional job as the managed to turn an overgrown front yard back to its original form and structure. The trees in particular where trimmed and shaped very professionally. The hedging and plants were trimmed and shaped to give a sense of symmetry and order.
The guys made a number of suggestions that showed their understanding of my requirements and improved the overall appearance significantly.
These guys are awesome. I look forward to engaging them again.

They did a wonderful job. Everything looks so beautiful. They came on time. They were quick and professional. i will highly recommend.

We called Jordan after our yard service that we had used in the past walked off the job. The original crew was hired to clear the entire front and back yards of a house we had recently purchased that was totally overgrown. It was a huge job and the previous crew did cut down everything but then gave up when it was time to haul it to the dump. Jordan and his brother, Jose, came and looked at the task and we agreed the price. It seems like a lot of money but this was a 1/2 acre lot where the bushes and weeds that were cut down were in the region of 6 ft tall. We knew that as well as the cost of labor there would be significant disposal fees.


Jordan & Jose worked a very long day to clear the lot in one day. They were extremely polite and respectful and suggested some ways of reducing our costs when we came to landscape the yard. We asked Jordan and Jose to bid on the next stage of the project, which is preparing the ground and seeding the front yard. Their bid is again competitive and we hope that over the next year that we can continue to hire them to landscape and maintain both the front and back yards.
