Hampton Homes really built a nice home for us and really took care of us well. Everything they did was top notch and of great quality.

I was happy with the home in some ways and some ways not. I do like the home and it is comfortable for my needs. The plumbing work has some problems. Two faucets are leaking. I have called both Hampton Homes and the subcontracted plumber with no response. They say they will come but never do. Many of the doors are warped and do not work right. This also has not been corrected. My first year here is almost up and I wanted the problems resolved by now. It's been too long. I would not recommend them to others.

My home is only about a year old and it was built by Hampton Homes, it is a pre-arranged home and it only took about 4 months to build and everything has been great. Hampton Homes builds top quality homes, my home is a single story, four bedroom and we have had no need to have anything done. The company is very professional and we have a warranty on our home but we haven t needed to use it for anything yet. Hampton also looked after the landscaping around our home, they had everything leveled and put down sod, planted a couple of trees and a few flowers. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality built home.

Hampton Homes answered my call promptly & followed up readily with prices & models to show. They were very reasonable with their prices & were able to explain the building construction & warranties along with floor plans. The ground breaking was scheduled as soon as the permit was available & the home was built on time. They poured the slab quickly, put up the frame, installed the wiring & insulation, & finished the house. The house looked great until later when minor problems showed up, & I had repairs fixed myself.

THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME AND THE DRAWINGS PROVIDED WERE JUST WHAT I WANTED. MY HOUSE WAS FINISHED A FEW WEEKS EARLY AND EVERY TIME I'VE CALLED WITH A QUESTION, THEY ARE ALWAYS QUICK TO RESPOND.
