BAD!  He stole the money that was to be used to pay for my pool equipment and never finished the job.  I ended up having to hire another company to come in and complete the job, this cost me and additional $13,000.00.

Horribale project mgm and wouldn;t fix any of the problems we had after the pool was "finished" in their eyes.

Buyer beware...don't use this pool company.  Joe Forbert is very unprofessional and he disappears during construction. They lie, stay behind schedule, and use too many shortcuts-- hoping you won't notice.  The project was a constant battle dealing with poor workmanship issues and no oversight for their subcontractors.  We had numerous days of no shows (40+days) plus numerous days when workers were present but didn't have material or tools to do the work so they took naps in my backyard.  The rock was not installed properly; it is popping up and separating all over the place.  The wetedge is cracking.  We never did get our pool equipment, it was supposedly on backorder. They installed a natural gas pool heater, grill, double burner, fire pit and fire place when they knew we had propane.  The changed out the heater but the propane line they installed was the wrong pressure line so we can't use the heater.  We have cracks in the concrete decking.  We have cracks in the plumbing for the drainage and the drainage pipe was not put in the correct locations so we have standing water in our yard.  I could go on and on about the issues.  Joe Forbert only cares about making the sale and then he forgets all about you.  The pool started in early June and he promised to have it completed by mid July.   We wanted to have a back to school party for the kids in August and he promised to be done way in advance of that.  He wasn't even close to making the dates he promised.  He advertises a 30 day completion which is a complete joke.  We are now 7 months and still not complete.  Joe Forbert has apparently abandoned our project and has failed to meet his contractual obligations.  We have to hire someone else to fix all of the issues with our pool.  Basically, DO NOT USE HALLMARK POOLS or any company run by JOE FORBERT.

Hallmark is good at sales but bad at everything else. They use 100% subcontractors and the project mgr only showed up 5 days out of the 48 days it took them to put water in the pool. It's now 65 days and my spa heater still doesn't work and they still have not finished any of the items on the punch list. They will not return calls, e-mails or text. Buyer beware!
