The gutter work itself was done very well, Our issue was with the salesman. He told us some work on the eaves would be taken care of. On the day of the job we discovered he did not make workers aware of the additional work so they were not prepared or equipped with what was needed. The mgr had to be called out to get some supplies. The work was taken care of but not to 100% satisfaction. If the salesman had relayed info to crew so they could do work that was promised all would have been perfect... He did not even call to apologize, We were given a small discount but i think the discount should have equaled the salesman's commission. In the end, the gutter job was done well and looks nice
