Waited a few weeks to submit this to ensure work was well done. After a few storms I have not had any more leaks. These guys came quick and got it all done under 24 hours of speaking to them. They also warranty their work which makes it that much better on top of their flexible pricing. Will definitely use them or refer if the need presents itself.

I hired guardian roof masters to fix a leak at my property which NEVER GOT FIXED properly. 5 year warranty offered meant nothing. Spent over 2 months (multiple texts and calls) trying to get a service call - kept getting different stories about inability to come out. Finally came out one additional time and roof still leaking. Texted owner and no response. $800 wasted. Found another company which fixed work properly same day and for only $375. Other company even let me hold off on payment until I confirmed roof was not leaking. Cody with Guardian Roof Masters does not seem to understand roofing and seems to subcontract all work to inexperienced people which are guessing how to do the project. Very disappointed all around.

We were very pleased with the work performed by Cody and his crew. We had various things that needed repair/replacement including areas of the fascia and soffit. The work was done efficiently and professionally, and looks great! We were informed of options along the way, and the prices were fair. Everything was also cleaned up after they were done. I would not hesitate to recommend this company!!

Had some shingles blow off from hurricane beryl and was given an estimate that same day when other roofers I contacted delayed me. Had those shingles replaced and everything was done quickly and efficiently. Was very communicative about the work and helped explained the process for me, which was great since I hardly knew about roofing. Give them a try, I am glad I did !

I have actually been working with Cody on Tree Trimming in the Bellaire area. He is super communicative and listens to your concerns regarding trees and trimming of them. We have 4-5 (one is a neighbors that has been a nuisance and Cody actually gave me a great deal because he knew it was a bother to me and I knew my neighbor would not pay for it. He is super responsive and he can do a lot when you send him photos. And he will meet with you if you need to do so in person. He is extremely reasonable and will work with you. And he does not ask for payment upfront like some people do. I highly recommend him! Definitely great to work with. I plan on using him for my roofing needs and other work in the future!

Had some leaks coming in my bedroom, so I called Guardian Roof Masters and Cody showed up on time! He was straight forward and honest. After inspection he gave me a few options which I liked, the other guy didn’t. Work was completed on time and cleaned up after. Highly recommend for a reasonable price! Thanks guys 👍
