Grall is not only a horrible contractor but even worse people. It does not surprise me that there has not been a review in recent years. Grall botched almost every single thing they did on my house project. I estimate that it will cost $50k and 6 months to fix all the mistakes that they made. For instance, they did not even line up the light canisters in a straight line, that is how bad they are. They put two difference color shingles on the roof, one on the front and one on the back and lied about it. Trevor Grall actually told me it was the sun, not the fact that some of the shingles were red and some grey. Grall lied about performing plumbing work. Contractors make mistakes, but Grall refuses to correct the mistakes and they just straight up lie to cover up poor work. Trevor Grall is equal parts inexperienced, stupid, and lazy. His father, Rick Grall, thinks his son knows what he is doing despite complaint after complaint. These two men are clearly behind the times and perform below industry standard work and either don't realize it, don't care, or a little bit of both. We finally fired Grall after three of their own subcontractors told us to fire them and that they were out of their depth. These are not luxury contractors. Just because they charge a lot of money does not make them high end contractors. Do not be fooled and swindled. They made mistakes in order to create work so that they could charge us to fix it. What is telling is that after we fired them they tried to make us sign a general release of any claims against them in order to get our money back. Indeed, they tried to trick us into the release by putting a disclaimer in the memo line, hoping we would cash the check. They do not stand by their poor quality work, they lie, and they cheat. It makes me sick to my stomach thinking about how long we trusted them and how much money they swindled from us. These are some of the worst people you will ever come across. Take your business elsewhere.

Grall was very professional and I can't find a problem with anything they did. I am quite picky, but Grall fixed any small issue I had. Fit and finish make a remodel and Grall met our high standards. Great job.

My experience went very well. The staff was very professional and highly knowledgeable in their field. They were very honest and were efficient workers. The pricing was reasonable and I was pleased with the outcome of the remodel. I would highly recommend this company to others.

Started a little late took a little longer than expected but scope increased when we found source of leak. Responsibel reliable and does pretty good work. Ran into trouble with the counter tops granite which was replaced. Had anotehr problem with material which he is still helping me with even after completion of project. Give them an a for service responsibility

I've done other extensive remodeling in my home before and they were much easier to work with than another contractor that I have used. They showed up on time to provide the estimate and to complete the work. Their prices were slightly higher than other companies but I felt their price and value were in sync. This was not inexpensive work but it was high quality. The workers were very friendly and professional. I would absolutely hire them again without question.

Job 1:Our laundry room was larger than our kitchen, and right next to each other, so we decided to take a few feet off the laundry room and remodel the kitchen at the same time. Now our kitchen is the size it should be, and it's brand new. Grall did a fantastic job remodeling it and installing all new appliances. They spent over a month doing the work, which is not very long considering how much they did. Job 2: The bathroom work remodeling was finished in less than a week. The ceramic tile was done extremely well. It is perfectly level with no grout overlapping. This was a major concern because we had puddles that formed before. This is the main reason we started doing the work. The workman tried to avoid tracking dirt upstairs and closed off the work area from the rest of the house to keep it clean. The bathroom looks great, there are no more puddles.

The kitchen in our house was just remodeled by Grall General Contractors for us and we are very pleased with the new kitchen. The kitchen was gutted and rebuilt, which included new cabinets, walls, paint, flooring and lighting. I had gotten a few estimates, and this company was a little on the high end, but did top quality work. The men were very nice and professional at all times while working in our home.

The bathroom was entirely re-done, including a new tub, toilet, sink, wallpapers, and tile flooring. Everything went exactly as planned except for the tile subcontractor. The grout was smeared a bit in spots. They fixed it immediately after it was noticed and apologized for the oversight. The crew finished it in an orderly and professional manner in three days.
