Gotcha Pest Control

I am a first time homeowner and neglected getting pest control for a whole year. A friend recommended Gotcha Pest Control to me and I'm glad I gave them a call. The guy who came out explained everything to me since this was the first time he had been out to my house. He was very thorough and let me know that if I see anything crawling around in the couple of weeks after, to just give them a call and they will come back out. I highly recommend Gotcha Pest Control to anyone needing to get rid of those creepy crawlers!

They would schedule with me to come treat the outside of my house, and if I needed inside treatment I would call and ask. My last three appointments were missed with no call. When they are treating the inside, I have to take off of work. When they're treating the outside, I have to make arrangements for my dog. When I called to ask why they missed their window, I could not get anyone until sometimes the following day. They acted as if missing appointments was not a big deal.

If you are going to remove companion animals the HUMANE solution is to drop off at the shelter. We will be watching you and your procedures. What you did is against the law and you will be caught. Money should not take precedence over compassion. Unethical, dishonest and cruel. Would never solicit a business with those values since that behavior translate into all works. 

We found a huge honeybee swarm in a tree in our culdesac. Called our HOA management company at about 5pm on a Friday evening (tonight) & they contacted Gotcha Pest Control. Within a couple hours, Eric with Gotcha was here & got straight to work. He safely (for us & the bees) vacuumed all the 5,000+ bees from the tree. I especially love that the bees will go to a beekeeper instead of just being exterminated. They were very polite, responsive & professional, and Eric was so great about answering all our questions. I would use them again in a heartbeat! Wonderful service in every way! Thank you guys so much! (Not sure of cost of service since our HOA is paying)

I have been using Gotcha Pest Control for more than 6 years. They have a no questions asked warrantee on their quarterly pest treatments. If you see a live pest in your house they come back, just give them a call. Claude and his team are superb. They use the right chemicals for each job, they don’t blast strong harmful pesticides unnecessarily.

Found a swam of honeybees in our yard and called Gotcha the next morning. Claude showed up exactly when he said he would (to the minute!) and did a very professional job of removing the bees without harming them. Very impressive.

After a few nights hearing possums scratching around in the attic, I found and called Gotcha. They scheduled service for the next day, and the tech came out and set traps that night. He also sprayed pheromones to prevent the possums from coming back. Unfortunately, it seems the possums had moved on, because they never showed up in the traps, although we haven't heard them in the attic either. The tech, Claude, kept in touch and left the traps for a second night; no success then either, but again, no sounds of possums either. Claude was friendly and professional. The office handled the billing over the phone and email, making them really easy to deal with. If any pests return, I'll definitely be calling them back.
