Poorly. He was unable to do the contracted work. I said that he performed the services because we had gone past the estimate, contract and planning stage to the point where he was supposed to show up to perform the work and was effectively a 'no-show' - leaving me and other contractors hanging.

my fiancee was having significant drain issues... per roto-router guy -> old pipes broken and lots of roots. began pricing out whole-house drain side re-plumbing. i suggested she give the guys at Gonzo a ring. the drain side of the house was completely re- plumbed (ie, permitted, dug up, and replaced). Jessie also did some minor re-working of some shotty work he found in the old plumbing that was part of the washer hook-up in the garage. in and out in 3 days. quality work. stayed in contact each step of the way. routinely updated on the progress and plan.

These guys are GREAT!!! Met them originally through another contractor that subbed them in to do some gas line work for a remodel. You could look at their work and tell that they are pros. During the remodel ran into some issues with the remodel contractor. RE: The plumbing and tankless water heater install...long story short -> bad install on top of 60 year-old 1/2 inch galvanized plumbing in the house -> no flow, no pressure. I got 5 quotes on a complete re-plumb (I specified PEX vs. copper or cPVC). Jessie's was not the cheapest, BUT the most fair (and I had seen his work previously). Jessie and his guys (2 of them that work with him all the time) came in, knocked the whole house out in 1 very long day (7 AM to 9PM). He cleaned up before he left. There was 1 small drip in a fitting which he came back the next AM to fix and also did some other touch ups that I didn't expect him to do (caulk around tub filler, expanding foam on hose bibs, and adjusted some existing fittings on the water heater improperly installed by the previous contractor). KNOCKED IT OUTTA THE PARK!
