It was always excellent and dependable.

I called late afternoon with an intermittent problem, Barry arrived quickly, troubleshot problem in the dark and then replaced only the worn out component. We slept cool that same night and every night since.

The service, as well as treatment towards me has always been great. Barry is honest and direct, and lives up to high values and morals with his profession. I'm always happy and grateful for Goldstar's service.

He is great and he is always helpful. He always answers the phone when I call. They are a good support even with a home warranty. I always feel he has my best interest at heart. He is very knowledgeable and I will highly recommend him.

Barry arrived on time, I am sure he can be a good professional AC guy if he can fix the problem. He simply turn my job down because of the roof was wet. He diagnosed the problem, told me where the problem might be, said it was raining and roof is slippery and he can't work on it. I understand that it's not safe when it's wet, so asked- Do you want to come back when the Weather is Dry? He replied No. and the Irony is the the rain stopped as soon as he left. I don't understand why he would spend 90 minutes to diagnose the problem and turn the job down after 90 minutes, he could say it's raining I can't work on it as soon as he see the rain. Also, why he would not come back when the Weather is dry?

I have been using Goldstar for at least 10 yrs. They perform my yearly A/C inspection and maintenance and recently put a new unit in my house. Barry is always polite, timely and fair. I highly recommend Goldstar.

A screw shorted out the A/c and blew something out. The weather was cool, so we told them it wasn't a priority. Barry came out on Sunday morning anyway and fixed it right up. We've called Barry in the past for check up and various maintenance issues. Sometimes, they are big, sometimes they are small, but Barry always gives us a fair price and quality work. I wouldn't use anyone else.

It was reasonable. They are very detailed ethical persons.

As always very professional and honest. We have been using Goldstar for several years and they have replaced three HVAC systems for us in our homes. We always got other bids and Goldstar was the best pricing and always the best service. No high pressure, it was always just the facts and was thoroughly explained.

Called Barry (service manager) who always makes time to answer calls or questions, to see if he would be willing to drive out to Spring, TX for one of out properties that we manage and he said that was fine (Goldstar is located in Cypress, TX 30 minutes away from Spring). Not many companies I know of would do that. We needed the system completely checked before we rented out the property again and he gave us a price of $60 we couldn't find a better company or guy. He checked it out, dropped by our office on the way back, gave us the report and we scheduled more repairs later.

Went Great, it always does with them. Barry (Service Manager) gave me his personal cell phone last time we used them for our personal home when they replaced the whole AC unit and said use it whenever you have AC problems. This winter at our Real estate office we were using a friend to do all of our AC services but when we had a problem at the local office and he came by to check it out i wasnt impressed and after he said there was nothing wrong and our units was to small and left I told the owners I'm gonna call someone.
Gave Barry a call he came out 20 minutes later, took 5 minutes and found out we had a major belt issue and also did a systems check on the system took about 30 minutes for him to run to the store, grab a belt, do the system check.
Now we use him for all our or Property Management and inspections if needed on homes. Great Guy and company.

Barry came out and gave me options on fixing my unit. Very upfront and honest estimates were given to me. Due to the age of the system I opted to replace it. Barry came out the next day, with the new equipment and replaced it in about 4 hours. Crew was courteous and kept my home clean and cleaned up in the attic before leaving. Very satisfied with the work.

Mike came out and did a summer maintenance checkup on my A/c. He cleaned the unit outside and the drain lines inside. I've used him for years since they installed the unit in 2007. He's my A/C guy.

Mike started working on our A/C in about 2008-because we couldn't afford a new until her kept it going as long as he could. Finally in May or 2009 we were able to come up with the funds to pay for a new A/C and Heater. Mike and his crew were prompt, courteous and before we knew it we had a new unit. Goldstar is an excellent company and the owner Mike is an honest and trustworthy person.

He was very professional. He is a graduate of Texas A and M. He offers quality service and is a small company and very personalized.

Barry and his team are real professional. I found their flyer on my door and I'm glad I called them. I had just purchased the house, and the A/C was not coming on. After inspection I was advised I could repair it, but he recommended an new unit. I agreed, since the current unit was over 20 years old. They were even able to do the work the same day.
