Home Building
He's a CON MAN!, a real smooth talker. I wish he provided the same
quality of workmanship. He hired people that don't necessary know what
they are doing. He shows or tells them how to do it, and then he leaves
the room or the site. I can't image that he did any inspection of his
employees workmanship, considering what I found while he was gone. From
5-12-13 till 8-14-13 his workers and subcontractors were at my house
almost 7 days a week. Then he left town and I didn't see him again
until 11-25-13. He then gave me a proposal not a contract on that
date. He didn't complete any room in my house to my satisfaction.
Because he was gone so long I started looking at the individual rooms
and saw the shoddy workmanship that he had done. At some point during
the following 5 months he had left some of his tools with me spread
everywhere. I collected all of the tools and put them in a storage
facility. He came by to collected his tools with no prior contact and
threatened to have me arrested for theft. I told him to come back the
next day and I would have his tools. If you had a pet and wanted him to
build a house for them, I would recommend that you have more respect
for your pet and do it yourself. I could have done a better job
cosmetically than his people did. As an example of the workmanship:
His people at his direction sprayed clear sealer on my kitchen
cabinets. They sprayed them and a lot of other things, (for example my
dishes, glassware, the top and 1 side of my brand new refrigerator,
areas on my granite counter top, on my floor). That is one example.
More examples: I have a scratch and a dent in one of my refrigerator
doors, they scrapped the finished off the stove where the knobs are at,
they dug into my kitchen wood floor when they moved the stove, they did
not wipe all the grout off my tile in my kitchen backsplash, I have
clear spray on some of my kitchen door handles. The list just goes on
and on and on. It just never quits giving me more work and money to
spend, to repair the unfinished and mangled materials. THE MOST
IMPORTANT THING I CAN SAY IS DON'T LET HIM IN YOUR FRONT DOOR PERIOD.
