The installers were very polite and professional. They wore shoe covers and were very careful. The measurements made were perfect to locate the mounting bracket and it was installed perfectly level and very well mechanically. No worries of this heavy flat screen ever falling down. They also set up the wireless and downloaded the latest firmware for the TV. Very good explanation of the operation of the TV.
