Ryan and his crew were fantastic to work with. Customized our driveway and pool gates to fit and work perfectly. Only a couple minor details that had to be addressed after install and they were on the job anytime I asked for help. Highly recommend this company!

Ryan and his team are outstanding. He responded very timely. His team was here as promised on Monday. They began work that same day. They completed work the following day. His installers were professional, courteous and they knew what they were doing. I highly recommend them. Outstanding folks.

The construction and installation went very well. After the initial installation, I asked for some additional work as there was a gap between the fence and gate that was big enough for my dogs to get through. GSP was very responsive to my request and had a solution that remedied it with minimal extra cost ($98.00). Also, I had an issue with there not being a latching system of some kind for locking the gate, as I do not have a motorized system, and again, GSP was quick to respond to my needs and solved the issue. I cannot say enough positive things about GSP. All the people I dealt with were exceptional, but I would specifically like to acknowledge the superior customer service offered by Ryan, and the great work and job communication provided by Todd. I picked GSP because of their reviews on Angie’s List, Google and Yelp, and I was not disappointed. I too am a happy customer.

In 2016, our subdivision needed to upgrade our entry and exit gates. We consulted several companies before choosing Garage & Gate Service Pros to do the work for us. Their price was very competitive, but they were also very professional and responsive to our queries when we required more information. They completed the job as promised and there were no surprises. We have had some maintenance/repair issues for the gates due to the high volume of usage. In most cases, the service is a result of damaged caused by users, but the company is always responsive to our needs. In the few cases where the issue was a result of warranty on the equipment, they have honored the warranty with absolutely no issues. The owner, Ryan, is extremely helpful and professional, and all his technicians are equally professional. They honor the scheduled appointment times. In the latest service appointment, the technician, Ted, worked with us to repair damage to the gate caused by a vehicle. Services were performed promptly and the gate is now working very smoothly. We will continue to use Garage & Gate Service Pros for subdivision gates.

Contacted Gate Service Pros to see if they could make repairs to the the gate actuator. Ryan was very responsive and had a technician out the next business day. Ted arrived and evaluated the actuator and he regretted to tell me that I needed to replace the actuator. The service Ted provided was wonderful and I would highly recommend him. Thank you Ted!!

Prompt, friendly service. We received a full explanation as to the various issues and were given options for repair. I will definitely use this company again if we have garage door or driveway gate issues. Ted came out to give us an estimate on Monday and we scheduled the service for Tuesday. When there was too much rain to complete the service on Tuesday, we received a call early Tuesday morning letting us know of the change of plans, and the work was completed in full on Wednesday.

Ryan and his team were responsive and provided excellent customer service. Ryan outlined our issue and did his best to limit our expense based on the unexpected issues with our gate. His technician Ted was responsive and helpful in talking us through the this issues and provided quick and reasonable service. I would recommend them for gate service repair.

Matt installed end these and he did a very professional job. The workmanship was excellent and even when he needed a different part he let us know that he was leaving, for what and for how long.
