GAS GRILL & LIGHT INC

The grill worked temporarily. On 6/18 (in less than 1 month) we had the same company return because the grill had the same problem. I asked if there would be a charge this time since it was the same problem but they said they didn't know. They said it could be that spiders clogged the grill. If so it would require an additional charge to unclog it. Or it could be something else that caused it. The grill is only 2 yrs. old and we use it frequently. For 2 yrs. we never had problems with it or spiders in it so that seemed unlikely. He said he couldn't remove the burners to clean/unclog them & didn't have parts for it anyway. If that was the case we should have been told it on the first visit. He said he (or we) could order the parts and then he could return to replace them & said his company generally only works on Broilmaster grills because that's the brand they sell. He obviously knew nothing about the brand of grill we own and we wasted $59.54 and still have to get the grill fi

PROMPT, COURTEOUS, FOUND AND REPAIRED THE LEAKS QUICKLY AND CHARGED ME WHAT I WAS TOLD OVER THE PHONE WITH NO SURPRISES. ALSO HELPED ME GET THE LAMP FIRED UP AND EVEN THREW IN A MANTLE TO REPLACE A DEFECTIVE ONE. WILL DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN WHEN I NEED ANY MORE HELP WITH THE LAMP OR OTHER GAS RELATED FIXTURES.
