From the very first phone call, I was extremely impressed with GSP. The representative was extremely courteous and setting the appointment was simple. Chase the technician was awesome. He arrived on time and he was extremely friendly and thorough. He exceeded my expectations and did a fantastic job repairing my garage door. I highly recommend GSP for garage door repairs.

Omg. The garage door saga is over. Months ago, I asked my neighborhood FB group for recommendations for someone who could replace garage doors. I called every single one, and either had no response, or they came and gave me a quote then disappeared, or the business had sold and the person recommended was no longer there. Mostly no response. So, this week, I found Garage & Gate Service Pros. I spoke to Brian, who gave me all the information as well as a quote over the phone. He answered all of my questions, and then sent out someone to verify the measurements. This company has been in business since 2006, and has an A+ rating at the BBB. Plus, there were many many excellent reviews on Google and Yelp spanning over a number of years, as well as very recent. Today, I got our new garage doors installed. The guys were here 5-6 hours, and they removed and carried away the old wooden doors, rails, springs, and openers. They did a great job. Doors look great, and OMG, they open AND close! Highly recommend this company!

There was a problem with the initial installation of a new door opener, but when I brought it to the attention of the owner (Ryan), he personally came to our house, on a Saturday no less, to fix the problem himself. He and his staff were always responsive, on-time, and professional. I would definitely use Garage Service Pros again and would recommend them to my friends. These are good folks!!!

Great. Personable, on time & very accommodating! After dealing with Overhead door for a day and a half with promises they were "on their way", this company gave me an expected window of time, called 3o min prior & actually showed up!!! What a difference!

Chase phoned me when he was 20 minutes out and arrived when he said would. Serviced the door very carefully, gave my husband a few suggestions on the life of the unit, addressed a few more of our concerns and was on his way. Very professional and courteous. Went well - he lubricated the door rollers, inpected the system. Showed me why the door would not close - the safety beam units were dead, which he diagnosed partly by disconnecting the door from the chain and showed the chain moved just fine. Offerred to replace the beam units (I declined and did so myself, but was glad to have the diagnosis). Door rolls much more smoothly now than it did before, regardless of the safety beam unit replacement.

Never heard from them, then get an email that they've been trying to call to no avail...I replied for them to call me to come out sometime that week and he calls to tell me that he's come for his appointment at 4pm a day or so after the email...no calls, no real appointment made by me.

"Sorry to see the review and grades you left for our service. I apologize for the miscommunication on setting the appointment. Records show that we sent a "thank you" email the day the deal purchased on 4/11/17. We did not receive a response initially, so we sent a follow up email two days later. We were not given a contact phone number when the deal was purchased, but you did eventually supply that for us when you responded to the second email. We set an appointment on Friday, April 14th between 10-12pm. With regards to the appointment, you purchased a garage door tuneup, which we fulfilled. While onsite we also do an inspection on the entire door and door opener. We put the cable back on the pulley (no charge) and the inspection on the the opener showed that the force settings were set to a maximum level. When the force is maxed out like that, there isn't much you can do to adjust the opener. We also left a quote to replace the garage door based on some of the concerning issues we saw with the existing door. I am sorry we did not meet your expectations when it came to scheduling an appointment or the level of service while honoring the purchased deal.
