"Sorry to see the review and grades you left for our service. I apologize for the miscommunication on setting the appointment. Records show that we sent a "thank you" email the day the deal purchased on 4/11/17. We did not receive a response initially, so we sent a follow up email two days later. We were not given a contact phone number when the deal was purchased, but you did eventually supply that for us when you responded to the second email. We set an appointment on Friday, April 14th between 10-12pm. With regards to the appointment, you purchased a garage door tuneup, which we fulfilled. While onsite we also do an inspection on the entire door and door opener. We put the cable back on the pulley (no charge) and the inspection on the the opener showed that the force settings were set to a maximum level. When the force is maxed out like that, there isn't much you can do to adjust the opener. We also left a quote to replace the garage door based on some of the concerning issues we saw with the existing door. I am sorry we did not meet your expectations when it came to scheduling an appointment or the level of service while honoring the purchased deal.
