Very good. They said between 8-10am but he did call after 9 to say he was running late. He got here around 10:20 or so. He was apologetic. It only took him an hour to complete the job. I appreciated him being available on a Saturday!

Garage Door Repair Houston (aka GDS Group LP) answered their phone on the first call to them on a Saturday morning of a holiday weekend. My car was 'locked' in the garage (broken springs), so they came out that same day. Repair was done completely and professionally.

I couldn't get my car of the garage and they were able to come out that same afternoon. They had all of the parts needed for the replacement with them and they completed the repair that same day. They did a pretty thorough job and it has been working fine since the repair. They explained that it needed some additional work, but that it was not necessary at that time.
