Francesca was very polite and responded quickly to request for quote. The project was described in detail and she walked the house prior to quote. Unfortunately, she had a family emergency which caused her and her crew to be 5 hours late. Towards the end of the project she began rushing her crew and the did not clean the kitchen to my instructions and our agreed standards. As a result I was forced to spend an entire day cleaning after I paid for a move out cleaning service!
