Waking up at 2:30 A.M. to a flooded kitchen, living room and hallway including part of my master bedroom was a devastating experience for this old man and by panicking I ended up calling a Company called Bionic who was the only company that answered by calls that early in the morning without going into details because of resolution with them in other forums and but suggest you do the research on them on yelp. Shout out to the entire Farmers of preferred vendors team, consisting of My Flooring of America and Furniture Medic by Giovani. Their finished products provided to me by all three including their on-site work was absolutely impeccable and my Farmers adjuster expertise and professionalism helped me when I thought everything was lost. As we come to an end of this disaster, I cannot thank this team enough and to go on the record they were absolutely great to work with. Very patient when I became emotional especially when getting hit by a Hurricane during this time. It was a hard time in my life, and I needed that kindness and support. I highly recommend that team to anyone who needs this type of service.

Charged us to perform services on pieces of furniture and they only performed service on one as we were not satisfied with their work and we had agreed that we wanted to see results before allowing them to work on all pieces of furniture. We agreed to pay $120 for restoration of one piece of furniture. When we tried to obtain a refund of the balance $258.88 they denied it. We immediately called credit card company and initiated a dispute. Don't give them your credit card information when making an appointment. They will charge it and if you are not satisfied with their work you will be battling for a refund. Total and complete thievery!!! They also told us that to get the results we wanted we would have to pay $700 for one piece of furniture, which does not include pick up and delivery charges.

I bought their coupon: $99 for $200 worth of repairs. As others have noted, it's pretty much impossible to get a piece of furniture repaired for $200, so the company could have avoided some misunderstandings and bad feelings if it had simply offered $99 off any repair over $200. Nonetheless, I felt the price they offered for my work was fair. It was not a bargain, but I was not looking for a bargain, just for a fair price for the quality of work performed. That is what I got. Note that the price I paid did not include the upholstery fabric, which I bought separately from another vendor.

This carved oak rocking chair had damage from one of my dogs chewing on an arm and the rockers. The company repaired the damaged wood and refinished the entire piece. The wood repair was great -- even I can't tell where the chewing damage was. The upholstery work also looks great -- beautiful matching of the large medallion pattern.

A couple of glitches to be aware of: pickup and delivery are quite expensive, so I decided to take the chair to the shop myself. Unfortunately, they are only open until 3 p.m. Mon-Fri. They can be available in the shop on some Saturday mornings by appointment, but that did not work for me. When I picked up the chair the first time, I noticed after it was loaded in my car that they had not refinished the bottom of the rockers. They immediately took back the chair and offered to finish it properly. The next day, I received a call telling me that the refinishing would be done the next business day, and offering to deliver the rocker to my home for free, to compensate me for the inconvenience. They delivered right on time. Also, they did not charge for the balance on the chair until the day of delivery, though I already had given them my credit card.

The chair looks good as new. The location is near 34th Street and Ella, so it is not conveniently located for everyone, but it was good for me. I contacted the shop and the response took a few days, but once we connected everything went smoothly. The repair took almost two weeks, which was expected. I am very pleased with how the chair looks and would use them again.
