Full Steam Ahead Houston

We called them to steam the carpets for our stairs as well as one bedroom.  The lady who answered the phone (Esther) was very friendly.  They could've come the same day, but that didn't work for us, so they gave us options for the day after and a day later.  When the tech came (Rafael), he was very professional, and actually recommended against steaming the stair carpeting because we couldn't tell what was under the carpets, between the carpets and the hardwood floors.  We didn't know either.  He explained that there was a risk that if there wasn't any plastic padding, the hardwood floor could get mold developing over time from any water left behind from the treatment.  We didn't want to run any risks, so instead, we decided to do one room, plus another one we hadn't really though of.  He was very tidy, courteous, and helpful.  The carpets looked great afterward, and they also smelled really good.
