Anthony Mise was my contact. Extremely pleasant, prompt and professional interactions in spite of what has been a very busy time for them because of Hurricane Harvey. Communication was always prompt. Work was performed at the agreed upon time, they were prompt, professional and clean up was nearly spotless (I only found two nails). Most importantly it looks better than I imagined it would. We selected this company largely because of their A rating on Angie’s List and because of the three companies we had out to estimate they came in right in the middle on price, but were also the only ones to bring to our attention that the jacks had been improperly installed with star vents on top, including the jack to the furnace which was a fire hazard. So it was their attention to detail that we appreciated. They’d get an A+ from me if Angie’s list allowed it. Excellent service provider.

Everything went very smooth from start to finish. My initial call in I had an appointment set up immediately. The gentleman came out to my home, wrote up an estimate, and explained the entire process to me. I decided to go with FSR for the prices, how professional they were, made sure everything was done correctly, watched the job as it was being done, even the crew putting on the roof were very nice and professional, and the communication between me and the salesman was wonderful. I would absolutely recommend and use FSR Services again.

Scheduling initially went well, worker showed up the next day on time (even early), polite and friendly. He looked at the roof from the yard, could not tell by just looking what my problem could be, but did notice another few unrelated issues. He mentioned how the work might be too complicated for him, as he only performed small repairs, and that their main roof guy would have to come back with him the next day. The next day he didn't show up, neither the day after... I called his number, he didn't pick up. I left a voicemail, and was never called back. At this point, I didn't insist or called back the main number, as that's not my definition of service. It's been a about a month by the way, and I have never heard back.

I had to replace my roof due to hail damage. Nick Loar came to give me an estimate. He was great to work with. He responded immediately to any request, like color samples or insurance questions. He was very knowledgable and professional.He really went above and beyond to satisfy my requests. That says a lot, because I'm not usually easy to please :) David was the foreman for the job and he too went to great lengths to see that my landscaping was protected and that the area was cleaned every night from the millions of nails. Minimal damage to my flowers, bushes and lawn. The roof looks great. Not only were they great to work with, but they also gave me a great price! I got many estimates because this was a big job and I wanted to make sure I got the right contractor. I could'nt have made a better choice. My referral actually came from a neighbor, and I now will recommend FSR Services to all my neighbors. I would give them an A+ if I could!

They blended the new shingles very well. They did a really good job!

Never called me back

FSR was prompt and fast with the job. Overall I was satisfied. I would use them again. They were not perfect and we had some call back issues. They were prompt and did not give any hassle on having to return. We did have a few leaking vent one they replaced and they others they had to re caulk. The main issue we had was the ridge vent they install in the garage. They initially cut the hole is the decking too big and instead of replacing the board they nailed in a patch piece. Once we noticed it (9 month later) we called and they came out and fixed it. They also looked up the supervisor on the job so they could make sure this did not happen on other jobs. It did not leak, but was poor craftsmanship.

Roof repair. | |I contacted them on a thursday by phone and they were able to come out the next day, which was the only of the 3 companies I contacted that was able to come out that quick. | |They came out the next day on time and were professional and nice. He estimated that it would cost $350 and I showed him the Angies list coupon and he said that he could probably get it down to closer to $300. The guy left and said he would have the office send me a proposal. I thought they would do it that day but they didn't do it until the following Tuesday, after I called them to see what was going on. I got the proposal on Tuesday and the price was $325, emailed it back to them on Wednesday and then didn't hear anything from them. I called them the next Monday and they were supposed to get back with me, same thing the next Tuesday and they said they had it and would schedule when to fix it. I talked to them on Thursday or Friday again trying to figure out when the were going to fix it and they said it would be sometime next week, around a Wednesday and that I didn't need to be home, they would come do it and I could pay them over the phone afterwards. That was the last I heard from them. I emailed them again on 11/25 to the same person that I had been talking to and never heard back, wasn't sure if my roof was fixed or what the problem was and I eventually called them around 12/5(over a month after the original date) to see what the problem was and they said that they had already fixed my roof, but they had some staff turnover(evidently the person that I was in contact with) and had my invoice in a stack and were going to contact me about it tomorrow(had I not called). | |During this time it did rain pretty hard one time and my roof did not leak again since, so I assume they did fix it when they said they did and their staff turnover issues which they said were resolved were actually the case and the cause of most of the problems. | |One issue with the repair is when I talked to the guy who came out initially, I got the impression that he would remove the satellite dish that was nailed/screwed to my roof and seal the holes, but when I got the proposal it wasn't mentioned, I assumed he would still do it, but they did not. I guess I can take blame for that for not making sure it was on the proposal, but figured it was worth mentioning. | |Overall I felt they were an honest company and I probably will do business with them again if the need arose, but I do believe they could take some steps to alleviate the issues I came with(like having 1 central email address and not having you email specific people at the company).

These people were responsive, professional from start to finish. They were there on time. They did a better job on the vent stacks than the original roofers. I had someone babysitting my house the day they came and there was no fuss concerning sending me an invoice which was right to the penny that they quoted me. I would recommend FSR to anyone.

Perfectly and in a timely manner.

This was a great experience!! I am very pleased with the work that FSR did to replace by circa 1979 roof. The workers were very professional, unlike roofers I have witness in past experiences when there was much drinking and loud cursing. The roofers with FSR did their job quickly and professionally and on time (one 24 hour day) and also did some extra work beyond the original estimate. I would certainly endorse this company for a homeowner who needs a repair or replacement of their roof. GREAT JOB!!!

It was an extremely positive experience. I would sue them again in a heartbeat. The guy was very good, he told me exactly what he was going to do. The price he quoted me initially was exactly what the price was. He committed to the time slot, he and his people were here, and they cleaned up. He did a few other minor repairs on the roof, that weren’t included, at no charge. They were very professional and I would highly recommend. If I knew that they existed before I put the roof on, I would have used them to put the roof on.

Roof was damaged during a recent hail storm. After researching various local roofing companies I contacted FSR based on their BBB rating, Angie's list rating and certification with Owen's Corning. Steve, the owner, came to my home personally to assess the damage. After my insurance company approved my claim FSR came to my home again and provided a concise detail of what components would be installed, available options and the exact process for removing/installing a new roofing system. After agreement of the details FSR's installation contractors showed up exactly when scheduled with all required materials. The installation team worked tirelessly and professionally. They installed the roof in about 10 hours and left my property completely clean of all debris including nails on the ground. I'm completely satisfied.

He arrived and described the process of the roofing.We also discussed the price which was covered by our insurance.A 30 year roofing was installed with nailing which was much better than the original glued down roof.

Steve was excellent/from the estimate to the finished product.Steve answered all question and made necessary adjustments.We highly recommend them.

We had wind damage from a storm in January, including a tree which was uprooted and had damaged the roof edge. Several days later, we began having water leaks in the ceilings.We had filed a claim with our insurance company, but they had not responded quickly enough to mitigate the damages or leaks.When the leaks began, FSR - who we had been in contact with about repair estimates for the damage - responded quickly and tarped the roof in the areas the leaks were occurring, thus stopping any further leaks or damage. Several days later the insurance adjuster came to view the roof & damages. Paul Escobedo with FSR - who had been our contact throughout the incident - showed up to ensure the inspection was as thorough as possible and to show the adjuster what he had previously found. Though not overly quickly, the insurance company eventually approved an entire new roof. FSR again responded quickly, and replaced our entire room yesterday, in ONE DAY. We have over 3100 sq ft of home, all single-level, and a 3-car garage (detached). Both structures got a complete roof replacement, including removal of a skylight that had been installed on the home prior to us purchasing it (the skylight was old, corroded, and we felt a "leak waiting to happen"). FSR's crew showed up early on Friday, March 16th, removed the entire roof and replaced it all in one day. And they did an INCREDIBLE job, from start to finish. I was EXTREMELY impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work, as well as the work ethic. By 5 pm they still had 1 entire side of the garage roof to finish, and I thought they'd return the next day to complete it - but they worked on and finshed it. At 6 pm, they were done - and I thought they'd do a "half-assed cleanup", but they did anything BUT that. They were very thorough in checking for nails, debris, etc - and even blew all the trash, leaves, etc off my driveway. I've had roofs replaced before, and you always had to worry about nails being missed and getting into your tires - but these guys left the entire landscape spotless and I have no worries at all. Paul Escobedo - who was our sales / consulting guy - showed up and made sure the job went well, which I think was above & beyond the requirements of his job - most sales guys forget about the job once it's sold, but not Paul. He's been extremely professional, helpful, and thorough throughout the entire process and we truly appreciate everything he did. The entire crew and everyone I've met from FSR was extremely professional and pleasant, and I would HIGHLY reommend this company to anyone needing roofing repairs or replacement. There's not enough words to express my appreciation for the outstanding job they did.

Very positive. Responded quickly. Gave a written proposal. Work crew arrived when promised and completed work quickly. All were very polite and professional. I'll use them again.

Four Seasons Roofing & Home has very competitive pricing so I hired them. I had gotten three other estimates and they were by far the most reasonable one. I couldn't have asked for better service. They completed the job in a timely fashion and the results look great. The crew did a fabulous clean up job. They also asked for my approval when they finished the job. I feel that by having them re-do my roof has improved the look of my home.
