Fresh Lawn Mowing Services

Did not go at all like we were told. Always an excuse for not being there on Friday and never the same person and the quality was more miss that hit. Fresh Lawn told us and they advertise that the lawn people are their employees. This is a lie. They are independent contractors, and Fresh Lawn is just a website run by some that contractors sign up to get jobs from. Because of this they can't guarantee a schedule ( if you ask for a schedule , ie...cut every Friday they say yes no problem but it seems to be a problem.)or that you will get the same person twice. When you call, they give you all kinds of lip service but never offer anything other than an excuse and someone will be out the next day. (Maybe) They can't offer a discount because they keep 40% of the bill. So on a $35.00 bill the guys doing the hard work get $21to cut, edge, and clear the cutting and they also pay for the equipment and supplies. So when you complain all you get is a I don't give a Rat's *** customer service. I will never use them again and advise everyone to stay away.

They were on time, efficient, hard working and friendly.   They left my yard much more tidy and usable than I expected - the yard has not been treated well for many years. 
It went well, so I signed up for monthly mowing, edging etc by Jonas and his helper, which will be around $45. 
This is a subsidiary of Fresh Lawn, or perhaps they just use Fresh Lawn, which is in both Dallas and Houston, to do their booking and billing - when I called the number on the website, I got to Fresh Lawn, who booked it all.   I don't know how Fresh Lawn performs elsewhere, but Jonas and his helper were excellent here in Oak Cliff.
