Yuri Lorenzsonn and his crew were absolutely wonderful. Their work, their professionalism, their attention to detail was superb. The cost of the project was very reasonable and I will have them return for our future painting needs. You can definitely feel comfortable that you will receive quality service and quality work. I am very pleased that my daughter was so happy with this company that she passed their information along to me. I will recommend them to anyone who asks for a painter reference.

We wholeheartedly recommend Fresh Coat, and, in particular, Yuri, who was our main contact and oversaw the project. First of all, Fresh Coat did a fine job painting the interior of our home. They came out and measured each room to provide a detailed quote, sent out a free color consultant to discuss our options (which was extremely helpful as the color consultant pointed out things that we would not have thought of), and agreed to paint our rooms with 5 different colors at no surcharge for the extra colors. All of the actual painters are personally selected by Yuri and his wife and seemed very friendly. The job was well done ? they painted all of our walls as well as our kitchen cabinets ? at a reasonable cost and within the agreed upon time frame. They even offered a free touch up service because we moved into a new place and some walls always get dinged during a move. They were not the cheapest quote we got, but the overall quality as well as the extremely high level of service made us go with Fresh Coat, which was one of the best decisions we made and brings us to our next point:

We would have given a positive review just for the painting job, but what makes us absolute fans of Fresh Coat and customers for as long as we live in Houston is Yuri. He is professional, courteous, and just an all-around wonderful person. Having worked at Home Depot for many years, he actually offered to meet with us at Home Depot on a weekend and spent several hours selecting various items that we wanted to replace in the new home (e.g., faucets, ceiling fans, toilet seats). This was our first time updating a home and we were absolutely clueless, but Yuri patiently and knowledgably explained our options so we could make an informed decision. Not only that, he even installed everything at a very reasonable price. To top it off, during the touch up service which is typically just for painting, he fixed a minor electricity issue and agreed to install the curtains in our baby?s bedroom for free! That?s just the kind of guy Yuri is: Someone who is generous with his time and puts customer satisfaction first. We have been nothing but impressed with Yuri and will hire him again in a heartbeat for our next painting job.

I had Yuri and his crew paid the interior of my home first.  I was pleased with it, so I had them do the exterior next.  This job was finished last spring.
Last week I contacted Yuri because I noticed something that needed to be fixed.  Within a few days he sent a crew over to fix it, and made sure it was done right, even though it was about six months after the job had been finished.
So, Yuri aims to have a job well done, and is very responsive to his customers.   I would use Fresh Coat again.

Yuri is very friendly and forthright.  He is direct about what they will do, and what it will cost.  He will give you options to reduce costs, but he will not cut so many corners that the result can not be guaranteed. After I hired him he found a mistake in the estimate that was in my favor, and brought it to my attention and reduced the price to what it properly should have been.
The crew showed up promptly at 8 in the morning and worked till about 6 in the evening.  They were very helpful in moving my furniture back into place when a room was finished so I could start putting things back in place.  It is really amazing how they can take a room apart -- take down the blinds, undo the switch plates and ceiling lights, paint it all, and put it back together. 
Freshcoat is also a member of the Better Business Bureau, and has no complaints registered against it.
Also, Yuri said that his workers, who are all employees, are run through three separate background checks before they are hired.  And I was very comfortable having them in my house.
In short, Freshcoat is run in a business-like way, with customer service as a priority.   Next they will be painting the exterior of my house.

Yuri is one of the most reliable and professional contractors I have ever worked with (and I have worked with many).  I really liked that he arranged for a free color consultation with a Sherwin Williams rep. to give me confidence in the colors I selected.  I had to reschedule the planned date to begin the job due to a death in my family. He was completely understanding and cooperative.

The quality of the paint job was very good.  The only negative was the texturing.  I asked them to completely retexture a half bath.  The first attempt looked no better than the botched job a prior painter had done.  Yuri called me and said he was not happy with the way it turned out and they would have to do it over.  Unfortunately, the second attempt, while consistent, was very heavy, almost "popcorn".  I probably should have agreed to have them apply a orange-peel texture in the first place but I felt that it should be consistent with the rest of the house.  Other than that one defect, I am pleased with the job.  Any other defects I pointed out were promptly fixed.  I just don't think that the older style of wall texture is their strong suit.

After obtaining multiple paint quotes, Fresh Coat West Houston was easily the best value for money.

Yuri was our sales representative and we were impressed with his professionalism and straight-forward approach from the start.  He was very detailed and honest with every answer and was also the only one to show up with shoe covers when walking throughout our house on the initial estimate.

The package we purchased from him also included a color expert from Sherwin Williams who came to our house and made recommendations on certain colors that coordinated with the décor and style of the house. This was a nice extra perk.

The painting crew showed up on time every single day and even finished early. One of the painters accidentally broke one of our wine glasses on the job but Yuri was quick to not only replace it but also give us many extra for the inconvenience. Everyone was very nice and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.

This company seems to have it all ...price competitiveness, professionalism, punctuality, excellent communication and a high quality job. Nothing more we could have asked for and our highest recommendation is extended to this company.  

Fresh Coat did an excellent job painting the exterior of our house. From the moment Yuri came to give an estimate until the finishing touches, Yuri has been professional, polite, and responsible. His honesty and prompt responses really impressed us. Fresh Coat has earned a good reputation with Yuri and his team's good work. The team worked very hard. When the raining weather prolonged the project period, they didn't leave us hanging by starting another job. We strongly recommend Fresh Coat. I contacted Fresh Coat Painting and other painters from word-of-mouth and obtained about 4 estimates to paint multiple rooms in my home. Fresh Coat rates were reasonable and competitive, and given the superb workmanship may be considered a bargain.

The crew arrived on time, and completed the job much quicker than I expected. I was amazed, AMAZED that the moderate-sized job was completed so quickly & EXPERTLY! And the spaces where left as tidy as they were found. Very impressive facelift to my home!

Working with Yuri was a positive experience from the first phone call to completion of the work. He is courteous, answered all my questions clearly and honestly, quoted a very competitive price, was always prompt, and his crew did a great job on the painting.
