Those guys are solid, they are good. People are wary of taking their car to a dealership, but these guys are really cool. They overlooked a warranty issue -- went ahead and fixed it. There was no charge for the last service because it was a warranty issue.

It took one day and the workers I came in contact with were good. They explained their services. They were professional, courteous, and punctual. They left the vehicle very clean.
The employees of Fred Haas were not the problem, they do a good job, it was the Toyota Corporation. It took them almost nine months to get the parts in on a recall.

Very badly. They took the car in, and rotated the tires, moving the tire to the front passengers side. When picking up the car, they said that we needed to get new tires next time we came in. Otherwise, there was no comment about the tire. After we got back from the trip, tire pressure sensor showed low air pressure. Turns out the front passengers side tire had a nail in it and the tire was not repairable. The service personnel were not concerned when notified of this issue. We replaced the tire somewhere else.

Experience was not that pleasant. Service reps were not aware of the recall and provided incorrect information. I knew more about the recall than the service reps. When I brought the vehicle in for an oil change, they should have completed the inspection. Due to limited knowledge of the recall, they did complete the inspection. After raising the case to Toyota, they wanted to schedule the inspection. At this point, I was dealing with the Client Relations Manager. It appeared that she had difficulties in communicating via telephone she did not return voicemail but instead requested email communication. When I was finally able to schedule appointment for inspection, I waited for 40 minutes to not be seen. Shortly after I left, the Client Relations Manager wanted to know when I would reschedule.

They want you to made an appointment. Everyone ask you if you made an appointment and I wish they would not pressure so much.

I have absolutely no dislikes and have been using them for about five years. There has always been the same service representative there. He has been fantastic and has been willing to call me and answer phone calls. When I need him to call me back he is very helpful and friendly. I have had no issues with the service they provided. My service charges are included in the price I paid for the vehicle.

After submitting an inquiry on their website, we were contacted by Scott Lyche, Internet Sales Director. From beginning to finish, Scott was the consummate professional. My past experience with car salesmen has been less than memorable, and there are at least two Toyota dealership with which we will not deal because of bad experiences. At FHTC, the mood was relaxed and friendly without the pressure you feel when you visit most dealerships. When we arrived, Scott had all the specs on the Highlander we wanted available and then we proceeded to negotiate. Scott was flexible, forthright and genuinely eager without being aggressive. We left thinking we had obtained a more than fair price for a great vehicle. Scott is the antithesis of the slick, fast-talking, cheesy salesman. He is the standard by which all car salesmen should be judged. We won't purchase another vehicle from anyone but Scott.
