The re-plastering and upgrading lights went well. When a problem did arise they where able to resolve it. Overall the job went well. I was pleased with the final out come, the pool looks great and the lights are wonderful.

He knew what he was doing and called me back within ten minutes of submitting the request and came out the same day.

They were hired to fix a leak in my pool plumbing. I was able to confirm that the section of piping fixed had a very small crack that was leaking and would have allowed air through in the test he said was performed. However it was very obvious that the major leak, flooding my yard was not fixed because when the flooded hole dug in my yard was was emptied, filling a 5 gallon bucket, it filled again in less than 5 minutes indicating there was still an issue. If it was obvious to me it should have been obvious to this professional. I should have been informed either that they fixed a leak and there is a second, or that they were going to need to do more work to determine why there was still water pooling. I hired a second company to come fix the major leak due to my lack of confidence in this not being caught during the first repair. In fact they said it was due to the wetness of the surrounding ground. I feel that their intentions were good but maybe were in too much of a rush to be thorough.
