Everything turned out well except they were supposed to match the stain in some other rooms and it was a little light. Otherwise the quality of the repair was quite high.

The work performed exceeded my expectations. Floors looked amazing.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Floor Floor We Restore!! It only took two and a half days to complete. They were very punctual getting hear all three mornings and their help and patience in selecting a stain color was very valuable! I also thought the price was very fair. Our floors came out just beautiful!!! I would highly recommend this company!!

Tom and his associates arrived ready to go! They were there 3 days and did a GREAT job! The floor is absolutely beautiful and we are DEFINITELY going to use them again VERY soon!

They were professional and very responsive. They took time to explain the work to me and even helped me figure out which stain to use. We got several quotes and they were very competitive and more knowledge when doing the estimate than the other companies.

This is the third job that Tom Highberger and his team have done for us. A virtually perfect match of the new installation with a previously refinished floor. His workers are polite and tidy and very professional. We're extremely pleased with their work.

Although I gave an overall rating of "C" for the job performed, I want to clarify that it is certainly not a high C. Prior to the job, we cleared out all furniture, leaving only a couple valances over the windows. But the guys working for Floor Floor We Restore did not cover the valances, nor anything else. I came home to a huge amount of dust coating everything. Worse yet, due to lack of proper vacuuming, grit was caught in the polyurethane so that the surface of our stairs and pantry floor needed to be redone at a later date. FFWR agreed to return for the re-do and said "sorry about that". The overall job was sloppy. A sanding machine was used on the main part of the floor, but near the walls where hand sanding was needed, we have the same problem with a gritty feel. They neglected to replace a section of quarter round on the floor that they had removed. They ruined the caulk on our stairway and when my husband asked Tom, the owner, to fix this, Tom said my husband was being outrageous. I don't know how this company got such good ratings. The owner seems to have an answer for anything negative said in previous reviews. All I can say is that we are unsatisfied customers

Floor, Floor, We Restore did an excellent job for us and we look forward to using them again. We hired them to redo a job that was done horribly by another company. The details are below. Floor, Floor, We Restore was able to work with us so that the project would have minimal interruption with our lives. They were always on time. They thoroughly sanded and replaced any wood that was needed at a reasonable price. They were able to correct previous work that needed from other contractors. We were very surprised when we saw the work with the attention to detail. The floors looked and felt brand new. We wanted to wait until we lived on the floors to see how they held up after some time. Our floors continue to look brand new. The shade was exactly what we selected. Thank you Floor, Floor, We Restore. We had hired another company, Painting Pros Plus, to refinish our floors and they did a horrible job. They began and started the job leaving different finishes even through the room. They were unable to rent a standard sander due to lack of a credit card so they supposedly sanded nearly 1,000 square feet with a hand sander overnight, Toni Allen asked that we pay her car note as she was unable to accept credit card payment. She had an angry unpaid contactor come over to our property and threaten to break her windows with a brick. After some time, we told her that we would call the police if she came back. Please never work with Toni Allen of Painting Pros Plus, LLC. She has been barred from advertising on Angie's List now.

This is a small business and we had to wait for him to finish another job before he could start on our flooring. Once he started the work proceeded on time and the quality was very good. We were extremely pleased with the finished floor and the professionalism of the owner and workers.

They never responded to my emails asking for pricing or information. Obviously not invested in this platform as a tool for consumers.

Frank was fantastic, he was very knowledgeable and his team leveled out my house with great care. The interior damage was significantly less than I expected.

Tom and his team did excellent work. Tom was very involved in the entire process from the initial phone visit, estimating costs, developing the work plan, ordering supplies, scheduling, and supervising all contractor activities. The contractors were all very professional and courteous. Tom also stopped by several times to check on the drying-out of the subfloor. They removed the damaged wood, waited for the subfloor to dry, repaired any wood that could be saved and replaced the pieces that were too damaged to save. Once they installed the wood, they sanded, stained, and added a protective coating. The end result was amazing and matched the rest of the flooring perfectly. I will definitely use them again when the need arises.

Tom's team was excellent. They were careful in preparing the rooms for the sanding. We were very satisfied with the results and have scheduled them to refinish the floors in another part of the house. Our floors look new at a fraction of the cost of replacing them.

The refinished floor looked good.  But two days later we saw major water stains in the bedroom and bathroom directly below the area that the floor was refinished.  After investigating we realized that Tom Highberger, owner of Floor Floor We Restore, disconnected the water line from the fridge in order to move it and he did not connect right.  He caused major water damage to the downstairs bedroom and bathroom and also damaged the refinished hardwood floors.  He sent someone back to refinish the floor and later asked for us to pay him which we did not do since he had caused the damage.  The floors that were repaired by his crews are now warped because they did not do the work right.  We notified him that he needs to call his insurance to pay for the damages but he has been ignoring our phone calls.  We have no choice but to contact our attorney and go after this company.  He claims to be licensed and insured on his website but when the time came to call the insurance Tom Highberger disappeared.  The address he has listed here is also wrong since we sent him a certified letter that came back undelivered.

Tom responded to our request very promptly. His measurements were honest, his price was right and he delivered what he promised. He was flexible and practical. He communicated well and was responsive to our communications. He went extra mile to make everything right. It was a pleasure working with Tom.

I found the price to be pretty high. I don't have any complaints, it just seems like the price was a little high. They tried real hard. I tell them up front that I was an Angie's List member, but I don't think they took off that. I don't have any major complaints, they came in, they scrubbed the grout and sealed it, but it wasn't as clean in the traffic areas as I wanted. They had to let it dry and you can't really tell until it is dry. You can see a little film over the sides of the grout. They were an hour and half late because they had to go pick supplies. It was the guys son and a friend who came to do the grout cleaning, and they were sweethearts, did not talk much. They were gone for an hour and half for lunch and then the dad came and asked if they are not yet back, he was the supervisor. The two young men were trying to do the right thing. One was really good, and he was in the service. He was quick to tell the other guy to do it this way.

Tom was very easy to work with.  Gabriel and his crew did a great job refinishing the wood floor in a small room.  There was minimal dust and they did a good job cleaning up.  I appreciate Tom taking the job even though it only took one day.  I would certainly hire again!
