Horrible.  I use Angies list so that this type of service hopefully doesn't happen.  They left a huge mess that we cleaned up.  I had to remind them to do many aspects of the job including a closet they forgot to tile, caulk the trim,take away the trash including a toilet they left on our front porch for a week,  and glue the trim after tiling was complete.  The trim never got done I am going to have to do that myself.  When they finished the kitchen floor we had many outlets and gfi plugs that no longer worked.  They ended up fixing them but made a big show of it.  I feel if something was working before they started it should be working after they finish. During the first day we noticed a board in the laminate floor was bowing.  I mentioned it but was told they could not have done it.  That it was water damage. Three days later the three or more of the laminate boards ended up bowing.  We asked him again.  Told him there is no plumbing any where near the floors.  They still said they could not have done it. I feel it had to come from the water heater when they removed it. It was not like that before they started and got worse over the days they were there.  I tried to have the floor fixed but it is discontinued.  I talked to owner again and he promised to compensate me on the floors.  After emailing for four days with no response he told me he will not be helping me with the floor.  When it was all said and done.  I was yelled and swore to by the owner.  We have to now replace a floor that will be more expensive than the ones we retiled.  I would not use them for anything again.
