Great communication throughout the project. Workers on time and wirked efficiently. Work exceeded expectations. Fee was disclosed and clear. The work included demo of bathroom tile replacing new tile; removing the toilet and the putting back after the job was completed, and then refreshing the base boards with new paint along with a newly stained thrshold.

I got a recently purchased unit carpets redone. They took the time to explain all the pros and cons in an overwhelming catalog of materials. It’s been a few months now and the carpet is holding up and I’ve had no issues with the install. I even texted Chris late one night months after the purchase about how to deal with a stain and he responded promptly. That’s customer service!

IHH performed their work in a very professional manner. Initially they came to review and discussed the project during this session they provide me with a thorough explanation of the work they would perform as well as a timeline. IHH performed the work on time and cleaned the place before they left. Also they stayed within the agreed to budget.

They did not have a clue about tiling. My house was a practice house. Picked up crew from home depot corner. Lack of communication. Main tiler went out my back window and never returned. Possible lawsuit in action. I'm elderly on disability. They took advantage. All tile is uneven. They laid a floor and had to pull it back up next day was so uneven. Do not use this company. They need to be inspected by Osha and National Tile Association.

Failed to measure the wood correctly twice. Install crew was great.

We used FCI previously and had a great experience with Reinel and his crew, so I hired him again for a small shower floor replacement job using the small hex white tiles. There ended up being an issue with the quantity of tiles ordered, but they had already completed most of the update and found a substitute instead of having to order new tiles. Due to the timing, there was an issue after those were laid down with some moisture coming up and the corner looking a bit off so they ended up ordering more tiles and correcting the issue the following week. It looks great now and I appreciate their willingness to make it right with no additional cost. I would definitely use their service again.

Chris and Reinel were extremely helpful in helping me pick out the right carpet for my home. They spent the time with me to make sure I understood the different types of carpet and helped me pick one that fit my budget. The measuring and quoting process was very professionally done and all digital. Moises and his installation crew did an equally excellent job. While I was away on vacation they moved all my furniture and installed my carpet, when I got back all my furniture and things were back in place and I could just relax and enjoy my carpet. Reinel and Moises are very professional, we have them to install tiles in 3 closets. The arrived on time and their job are of top quality. Their prices are not cheapest you can find but considering the job quality, I feel the money is well spent and would definitely use them again in the future.

Reinel and his team were very professional, listened closely to my concerns and performed excellent work. I had a leak in my shower that buckled some tiles. At each step of the repair we worked together to inspect the situation before deciding to go further, to avoid unnecessary costs. I'm very happy overall and recommend them highly!

These guys were great! There was a problem with their suppliers but as I was on the conference call with Ruben when he placed the order, I know that the problem was with the supplier and not them. They bent over backwards to make sure things turned out just like we wanted.
