Two men arrivde on time and removed old wax from floors, scrapped off residue from wax, buffed and polished terrazzo floors in two rooms.  The floors are now beautiful and an assett to our house.

They look fabulous, they look brand new. They are nice to have in the house. I don't have to worry about anything. They come when they say will and they clean up well after themselves, moving the furniture, etc.

I handled the job over the phone. They were willing to give me a quote without seeing the floor. It was well over a week before we scheduled the job. This was a one room job and they were really the only company I could find to do the job. I feel like it was overpriced, but I was over a barrel. They did not strip the floor, only polished it with wax.

Job 1: Friendly, courteous service. Received a reminder call day before service scheduled. Work performed was A+. Family owned and operated. Great guys, great work! Job 2: Responsive, arrived as scheduled, and completed work timely.

We had new slate installed in the living and dining areas, and after doing so, the grout on the existing slate areas looked dirty. We contacted several different cleaning companies and received numerous bids. Blair came over, did some patch testing, gave us a reasonable bid and the service was scheduled for the following week. Blair and Tracey arrived on time, completed the job in a timely manner, and we are more than pleased with the results. Blair is very knowledgeable about natural stone floors, and what should or shouldn't be done to them, which some of the other bidders were not. This makes a huge difference!

Our floors were in pretty bad shape. Years of wax build up had really taken a toll on the floors. Honestly, I did not think that they could be "fixed". Was I wrong! The two service men from Ketner spent a couple of hours cleaning and resurfacing our floors. What a difference! Of course with the floors looking so nice, we are planning to paint our base boards this weekend. I am very, very pleased with the outcome of the work. Thank you Angie's List! I will always be a subscriber!

Mr. Allen came to give me a free estimate. His price was the most reasonable and where I expected it to be. He was on time and performed the work as we discussed. I was happy with the results. Some of the baseboards were dirtied by the process and left that way. Other than that I was pleased with the overall service performed.
