Russel , our technician was very informed polite explained procedures, on time and fixed a problem with our kitchen range oven. Prior another technician from a different company came out three times and we still did not have an oven that worked. Today in less than an hour we cooked dinner in our repaired oven. Thank you Fixpro and your valuable employee.

Replaced fan in my 6 year old refrigerator. Was prompt and repaired in 2 days since time for part order was required I recently dropped AHS American Home Shield Warranty who took 3 months to attempt clothes washer repair thru Astro Appliance so it was nice to get such great service.
