Fix-It-Now Appliance Repair

He doesn't keep his word.  He told me that it would take him one week to get the part to fix the stove.  One week went by and he didn't come.  He didn't call.  We called him several times.  He doesn't return phone calls in a timely manner, if at all.  When we finally got in touch with him, he said that he couldn't get the part, but there was no follow up to let us know.  He told us he would have the part by a certain date and he would come by a certain date.  We waited and he never showed up.  Again, we called several times for him to finally call back and say that he lost his phone.  The people who installed my new furnace and ductwork finished their job before he finished the stove - what's worse, he didn't even finish fixing the stove!  It seems like he doesn't know what he is doing because he calls people to find out how to figure out what is wrong.  He never finished fixing the stove.  Months and $185 later, we still don't have a working stove!  When my husband finally called, he told him that he would give us money back since he was not able to fix the stove.  He said he would come by on Saturday and he never showed up.  When I spoke to him, he refused to return any money back to us, even after he had told my husband he would be returning some money back to us.
