I like their availability up until my last air conditioning issue. My air conditioning had run out and it was very hot. They could not send anyone in a timely manner. I explained to them that I have seventy five year old mother and two dogs. I had to keep my dogs at the animal care for a week. I ended up having somebody else do it. I had a terrible experience.

The seller of my house was a challenging person - it almost cancelled the sale on closing day as she withheld some paperwork proof of repairs I'd asked her to bring. Darlene was calm and went through paperwork smoothly with us. I DO wish she would have known more about Homestead exemptions and how to check for this however. My seller ended up lying about having one and I incurred at least $1600 extra dollars in taxes because of it.
