Wesley Ferguson did an excellent job of tracking down a defective and potentially dangerous circuit that has been wired outdoors with an indoor extension cord.  He replaced the wire with proper outdoor wire and traced the entire circuit back to the the box to make sure the line was safe and properly installed.

He was good. They got the job done in about 30 minutes. The scheduling was easy.

Throughout the work he was very professional and friendly.  He was also very helpful with the City of Houston permit process.  Patrick was at my house when the city inspector came to view the connection of the oven.  He did not charge extra for being here with the inspector, it was all part of his work ethic to be with a project from start to finish.  I would highly recommend Patrick to all of you that want your home or business project done properly.

This task was done promptly and efficiently. At other times, Mr. Ferguson has provided me with helpful information and advice on electrical matters around my house.

patrick came and did some pre-sale repairs for my electrical system - fixed some lights, traced some non working circuits, & inspected old damage. he wrote a report and competed all the agreed upon work. and he arrived EARLY. he also explained all the things he was doing which I appreciated.

Patrick did a great job....very professional.  Thought he was a little high but a job well done.  We would use him in the future.

Called Patrick on Sunday, 5/12/13 and he responded immediately.  He was prompt and arrived at the time he indicated.  He was professional and answered all questions.  I was very happy for the prompt service on a Sunday and very happy with the work performed.

Mr Ferguson showed up on time, and did  great job.  He gave a lot of helpful tips as well.

The job from start to finish was an excellent experience.  
Patrick arrived and looked over the work to be done then gave an estimate of the cost to do the work.    He gave me different options of what work to do with the costs which was appreciated.   I asked for the service charge which he said could be done in one day.   We used email to detail the work and costs.
He was able to schedule his time and coordinated a convenient time with me which was really nice.  He was able to get the permit very quickly to start the work in a couple of days to meet my schedule.    
The day of the service change, he arrived early and completed by the end of the day.   His was very clean and neat working in the house.
He did an excellent job and I will definately use him again.

I called Mr. Ferguson about having some electrical work done. He was not immediately available but said December 6 would be a good day for him and suggested that I call him the afternoon of the 6th when I was ready to leave work. At 1 p.m. on the 6th, I called him but there was no answer. I left a message reminding him of our appointment. I did not hear back so I called again at 3 p.m. I reached Mr. Ferguson but he said he was in the middle of something. He said he was still available to handle the work and promised to call me back when he was ready to leave.
I NEVER heard back from Mr Ferguson. It is five days later and he still has not called. I think he may be overloaded with work but it is tough on customers when they can't count on the electrician to show up as promised.

I called Patrick about a week ago and spoke to him on the phone. I wanted to have some additional lighting installed in my back yard along with some additional power outlets. He was very unpleasant to speak with on the phone and seemed irritated that I even called him. I explained what I wanted and he asked how large my backyard was then instructed me to call him back and leave a voice mail. He explained he was driving and couldn't take notes. I never received a call back. I assume my job was too small for his taste but he should have told me that instead of leaving me waiting. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Showed in as expended 4 houses to complete job actually they did some electrical work. In kitchen lights from T12 to T8

Patrick was very pleasant to speak with on the phone.  Site unseen, he was able to provide me a ballpark quote and advice over the phone.  However, on two separate occasions, he failed to show up on the agreed upon times and did not respond to my voicemails.  I had even taken time off work to meet him.  I'm disappointed because of his company's high ratings, but I have the feeling they are overworked and are being very selective about which jobs they take on.  If you're too busy to make appointments or return phone calls, please have the courtesy of simply telling potential customers upfront.  I'll take honesty over being stood up (twice) any day.

The quality of work that this company does is excellent, but my problem with them is their lack of communication and reliability.  This work took several months to complete because they failed to show up on 3 separate occasions.  Patrick, the owner, was having some problems with finding workers because of an illness of his main electrician.  I understood why he couldn't come on one occasion due to illness, but then he would totally forget about our future appointments.  When I would call him to say when are you going to be here, Patrick would tell me that he forgot about me.  On one occasion he called to tell me that the parts were in and he needed to schedule theinstall but then didn't show up for the install appointment.  I called and left him a message on his phone and sent him an email but received no response from him.  I called again 2 weeks later and told him how frustrated I was with his lack of responsiveness so he did come out that day to finish up the work.  This company may do excellent work, but I can't see how they'll ever stay in business if they treat customers with such a lack of respect.  There is absolutely no excuse for not calling the customer when there is a scheduling problem.

My overall rating is extremely high.  I thought the price was steep, slightly higher than I expected in comparison to previous price quote for replacing the circuit breaker box.  Nonetheless,  I would rather pay a slightly higher price for an excellent product and service.

Prompt service, especially for a non-emergency, and the electricians they sent were very friendly and professional.  I felt comfortable with the work and the cost.
