Polite, professional, responsive problem solvers. Couldn’t ask for more. Fixed my wonky old iron gate in under an hour. Only weird thing is you have to commit to paying them $250 up front via a credit card form. That was kinda stressful (I was nervous about what happens if they couldn’t fix it). But they were capable and it ended up being a bit cheaper than their competitors bids in the end.

Install of wooded fence was flawless. The wrought iron replacement had some minor issues which were addressed to our satisfaction,

David and Caleb did an excellent job supervising the installation of my fence. The construction was done very well and looks amazing. Any future fence needs, I will definitely call David.

Fencemaster was actually the 4th company that I worked with for my, approximately 315 feet, of pool enclosure fencing at my new home. There was no existing fencing to remove. I considered wooden privacy fence and both wrought iron and aluminum before ultimately selecting a 6' custom aluminum product with three 5' gates. I worked most closely with Caleb Pickle but also David Lisner, both in the Houston office. Bottom line is that I'm extremely pleased with the product I got and the process in working with Fencemaster; including sales, planning, fabrication, on-site installation and follow-up. The company, and people, are professional and do quality work and sell a quality product. One thing that I learned as a customer looking for a residential fence product and supplier. Bids are all over the map. Before dismissing a higher bid, and perhaps Fencemaster because of your perception of the cost of my project, make sure you are comparing "apples-to-apples." We built a new house as we are downsizing from a near $1,000,000 home. It has a wrought fence that is of nowhere near the quality, gauge, etc. as the aluminum fence that was just installed at our new home. I could have had a fence installed for 45% of what i paid Fencemaster but not the same product, fabrication process, installation, etc. You get what you pay for .... applies everywhere! I tried to take a closeup pic of the product itself so any of this review could see. Please forgive my poor photog skills!

Wonderful. Caleb and David listened to our needs, made great suggestions ( which were different than our original plans) and their expertise clearly was better than our family's ideas. We couldn't be happier with hiring these guys.

We replaced an old metal fence with a manufactured aluminum fence by FenceMaster. Was very happy with Caleb and David who were friendly, prompt & professional. The installation was on time and the quality and appearance of the fence is excellent! Would definitely recommend FenceMaster and would use them again for other fencing needs!

The project was great from planning and proposal through to installation. Everyone was extremely professional throughout each phase of the project. Both project managers and installation crew were helpful and offered thoughtful suggestions for areas requiring more customization than others. We would recommend and use Fencemaster's Houston again.

They were originally responsive and came out quickly to do the work; however, when there was a problem with the gate becoming misaligned due to warping of the post they refused to even return my calls. The receptionist told me it was no longer under warranty, so I told her that was fine as I didn't mind paying and I just needed the gate fixed. She indicated that the message would be given to the original salesman. I didn't receive a call after several days, so I called again. This time I got the voice mail, so I left a message. Still no call back. For the price Fencesmasters charges I expected much better service and responsiveness to the customer. I will not use them again, nor do I recommend them to others.

Quote and measuring process was all well done. Quote was in line with other work I had done. Asked them to coordinate this job with install of concrete driveway / approach by Advanced Concrete & Const. (another Fierro Group company). Execution was average to below average. Fence work (wiring of chain link to running pipe) was missing in some places. While straight, one of the corner post was set about 1 foot out of alignment with existing fence line creating a small but noticeable angle. Site clean up was pretty poor, they left small pieces of fencing and barb wire laying on the ground. And the expected coordination with concrete crew was minimal. And don't even get me started on the concrete work....

From the first visit until they completed the job they did a great job. I wanted a curved fence at the end if the post and they did it. They also managed to install a very light aluminum gate that was a challenge because it was so long. I called them a couple of times after they were done to do minor adjustments and they did fix them. I'm using them again in another renovation project.

Great experience from the beginning through installation to the end. Professional salesman gave us a competitive price. He was punctual and so helpful. He gave us many ideas and had examples of work to show us. The crew came out and finished before they expected and did a great job keeping construction areas tidy. The greatest part was how professionally they cleaned up upon finishing. Our backyard looked great the second they left our property. No trash left behind at all. Very impressed from the start. Thanks Fencemaster! Highly recommend them and will call them for our future fencing needs.

Nick originally came by last year to measure the fence and provide us with a bid. We decided shortly afterwards to put off the work, but when I called this year, he agreed to honor the original quote. He came by a second time to discuss the job and show me a sample of fence in a style I Iiked that they had in stock.

The day before the fence was to be installed, Nick called to tell me the powdercoating had not been done correctly and they would need to redo the work, delaying installation for about a week. I was relieved that he did not try to install a fence with poor quality paint and was glad he let me know.

I was a little surprised on the day of the install that they only sent two men to do the job - I expected a larger crew, but they completed the removal and install of the new fence in two days, and cleaned up after themselves.

They were not the cheapest bid we received, but many of the companies we got bids from didn't want to send someone over to measure and look at our lot, they just wanted to know over the phone what the length of fence was, etc. I was a uncomfortable dealing with those companies that didn't consider us worth the visit, so decided to spend a little more with Fencemaster, given the fact that Nick didn't mind coming by not once, but twice.

We're happy with the work done. The only issue I've had is that I've asked a couple of times for them to send me a copy of the warranty for the fence, and I haven't received it yet.

They were supposed to show up on Friday and showed up without notice on Wednesday and were upset because they had to move dirt from fence line that the pool builder had there. I had called and spoken with Kim to confirm date so I could have the area clear and she told me Friday at the earliest possibly the following Monday. She wanted to charge me for her crew having to move the dirt at first until I reminded her that she was not to start until Friday.

The fence looks nice but there are some issues. There is a 2 inch gap at front gate, the spring to auto close gate is installed upside down and does not work, there are several split boards and there is a gap 1 - 2 inches in another spot. I called Kim Tatum the sales rep at Fencemaster and twice she said she would check on the issues and have them fixed. She never showed up and when I call her I get a voice mail and no return call. I have called the office as well, she called back stated she would come out 3 weeks no one to check the work and no follow up.

After calling the main office several times I finally got the attention of their management and there was a complete reversal of the treatment I explained above. They sent out a crew to fix the issues and I have had several follow up calls from thier office since. The issues seem to be from thier sales person Kim Tatum, and not the practice of the company itself. I am relieved to see they stand behind thier work and I did not have to resort to litigation to fix the issues.

Took some time to get them installed, but they addressed all issues and made sure the gates were installed correctly.

Kim came to give me bid, arrived when booked to come, very personable and professional. She gave me great quote and explained the process. She explained some of the key factors that would make this fence last better and keep from warping as old one had. She answered all questions I had. Team was booked to come do the fence within the next week, they arrived on time and did excellent job on a very hot day. Team was finished with work in about half a day, checked with me to ensure I was satisfied. My only recommendation would be that they could clean up after themselves a little more, some left over concrete and water bottles were a bit disappointing, but understandable after a very long, hot day. Fence work is great.

It started out great and ended up as a disaster. I had very strict requirements as to what I wanted. They pretty much did it, and I don't have a problem with the building. The finished product was not up to par. The welding on this 400 ft fence (5 ft high). After it was completed I told them I wanted the fence powder coated, and the coating didn't stick. All of the coating was peeling and it was redone and it still kept peeling. They didn't tell me that powder coating didn't stick to galvanized. They ended up putting it back up 3-4 times, and I ended up having to hire an attorney. They eventually brought the pricing down on the fence and every now and then I have to touch up the paint.

THE OWNER EXPLAINED IN FULL THE MATERIALS USED, THE PROCESS AND AMOUNT OF TIME NEEDED. GAVE QUOTE/ESTIMATE TO INCLUDE MATERIALS AND LABOR. NEVER ASKED FOR MORE MONEY NEEDED WHILE IN PROCESS. EXACT AMOUNT QUOTED. GOOD JOB.
