A treated pine fence in the end Texas should last a minimum of 20 years or longer. My fence was installed by fence line in February 2015, in 2020 the left side of my fence completely fell down due to rotted post. I called fence line and they came out and replaced the post of course to my expense. In 2023 the right side of my fence Fell down due to rotted fence post. I called Fenceline. They said they would come out and fix it. They never showed up. I had to call another fence company and they came out and fixed it. The fence slats, and the 2 x 8 board that the fence slats get hammered into have rotted out and I am now going to have to replace those. It was owned by couple for years and then this person who is the owner took it over and he is not good. The owner Henaro Muriloo is very personable young man, makes a good impression and everything. He gave me a good bid as I had got several others. We set it up and this was in June. I had scheduled the same time to put a concrete driveway. Overall they were always late and he wasn’t here all the time. I was out all the time in triple digit weather saying all of the work. The workers wouldn’t show up until 11’o clock in the morning, taking early lunch break and after that wouldn’t see lot of them. The clean was worst. I am still picking up welding rods pieces out of my yard. They would eat something and throw the stuff down there. One day cut the watermelon and threw it there. Henaro’s mom was ill at that time and I understood that. He never showed up to oversee them and his hospital where his mom was around 5miles from here. He had no one else either to oversee the situation and I had to be out there every time to ask or answer questions or whatever. I had to go with a magnet to pick up as much as metal because when the molds came it’s like bullets as pieces are cut and building rods and everything. Finally I wouldn’t pay him anymore until he finishes up. He said he painted the gate and it was enamel and he tried to tell me that but it was primer only. He would not return phone calls and I would do the same thing to him by leaving only voice mail. Then he really wanted the money and I just gave him just to leave. Everything they did was horrible. Finally I gave him money and said to get out of here. When I went in to see other reviews everybody had the same comments as I had and it was a nightmare. I gave him half of the money and then gave him some other money as well other than the quoted amount. One of his workers was his cousin. It was not a good experience. My friend of mine used him and they didn’t have any problem and one reason was that her husband was there all the time. They tried to take advantage of a woman.

This is the second time we have used Fenceline. This time they reset a section of fence across the back yard that was damaged during Hurricane Ike by a tree falling on it from a neighbor's yard. It included installing new posts for that section. They also took a section of fence out between our garage and the fence next to it and installed a gate in it's place. We had gotten several estimates and theirs was not the lowest, but it wasn't the highest either. The first time we used them was in 2002 after cleaning up from Allison. They replaced a complete section of fence from front to back, took out all the old fence and removed the debris. They set the fence on "rot boards" along the bottom so that when those boards deteriorate, they can be removed and replaced with very little expense and a new section of fence is not needed. Again, their price was not the highest or lowest, but we felt it was reasonable both times we used them. They are a local company for us, have been in business for many years and we know and trust them. They do the job they contract for, in a reasonable amount of time for a fair price. They clean up the area when they are finished.

We had used this company in 2001 to replace a large section of fence that was falling down when we purchased the house. We called them again when a back section of fence was moving due to a neighbors tree. We called them, they came out the next day and gave us an estimate. We got estimates from 2 other companies, but chose Fenceline because their estimate was the most reasonable and we already knew the quality of their work. It took two days to complete the job. They repaired the section that was moving and came back the next day to install the gate that they had built in their workshop. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. When they left, you could not tell that they had ever been there except that the repairs were complete and the new gate had been added.

Fantastic Job! The salesman was courteous and professional. He also kept us informed on when our work would begin and made sure we knew he was always available to answer any of our questions. Work began within the time frame provided by salesman. Workers arrived in a company marked truck and in uniform. They also spoke English. The post holes were dug and 4x4's set using the proper string lines and level to ensure a straight fence on day one (Friday). Fenceline has a policy of not putting up the remainder of the fence until posts have cured for 24 hours which impressed us as so many other companies don't wait for the posts and concrete to setup. They returned as promised on the following Wednesday to build and finish the fence. The quality of the work was/is first rate! They took extra care not to damage existing sprinkler systems on both sides of the fence, cleaned up all refuse and spread soil removed from post holes. Fenceline knows how to build a good strong fence at a competitive price and we will use them again for any of our fencing needs and will gladly recommend them to any one needing fence work.
