This was a $99 big deal purchase. It turned out yes and no. I was not as happy with that deal. We did contact each other within a couple of days. They came out and I said I wasn't in any rush for the work so they could let it slide until the beginning of this year. I never heard from them until finally I called them. I was kind of surprised that I had to reach out to them rather than the other way around. I gave them several weeks, it was about two weeks after the first of the year just to set up something. To get an A grade from me they could have called me back when I thought they were going to. Secondly, I had asked them to change the gates a little bit, because on both of them you kind of had to lift them up to open them. They leveled them for me, but then there is a little slide lock that goes in there. They were getting ready to leave and I had to get them because I could not lock the gate. That was a little issue. My wife was also unhappy about the fact that on one of the gates they replaced the thing that locks on it and it was not at all like the one they took off. It doesn't slide or anything, in fact, basically it doesn't work unless you buy a padlock and stick it through there. I bought a padlock, but if you had to ask me today where the key was I would have a hard time putting my hands on it. It kind of sticks out from the gate so I asked him about it and he said that is what they used now, but I was not very thrilled by it. I was expecting something that was reasonably flush with the latch that they replaced which was there originally. I had not seen a latch like that before. When they came out to look at what needed to be done they were very punctual. When it came time to perform the work they basically I had to stay home all day for them. I was not very happy with their punctuality. They did try to come out, apparently, but they did not have some equipment they needed.

You can lock the gate from inside of the yard without the need for a padlock. If you like, we would be glad to come out and walk you through the function of the latch. "We have been in communication with you several times regarding the unfortunate overcharge with no reply. This is what prolonged the refund. This happen because the payment was submitted twice. Not because of a glitch. Either way it was unfortunate and we have corrected the problem and would like to make it up to you if you ever feel generous enough to give us a second chance.
