The floors are beautiful! Jim explained everything before the work began. I had no surprises. The time frame was as promised.The workers were always prompt and courteous. Jim was always available and was easy to work with. I plan to use Fantastic Carpets again when I replace the carpet upstairs. I would highly recommend this company for your new floors or carpet cleaning needs. Very happy customer!

- His team was punctual and efficient. Jim oversaw all work personally and used people he knew very well from years of experience with them. The workers were pleasant and polite. They cleaned up after their parts of the work was done. The workmanship was excellent.

Jim et.al have always done a good job for me. I have been using them for many years. I used to have carpet in all my bedrooms and had them cleaned regularly. I had the carpet replaced with hard wood a couple of years ago so I don't need their service as much as I used to. However, recently they cleaned an area rug that my daughter gave me. They did a great job and the rug looks beautiful. They clean the carpets at my daughter's house and they do a good job there as well. Also, Jim had an area rug made for her that was exactly what she wanted at a price better than she was able to get elsewhere.

We took the rug to their location for service. Service was to be completed in 1 week. However, due to poor drying conditions caused by the extremely cold weather, it was delayed a couple days. That was not a problem and we totally understood. We picked up our beautifully cleaned rug a few days later.

The visit and work went extremely well. The repairs were done in a very efficient manner. We got to know each other and I felt very comfortable with the way he worked. His expertize showed in the way he went to work on the areas we agreed upon having repaired on his 1st visit and the quickness with which he was able to do the repairs.

We had some badly damaged carpet that needed to be replaced. I had used Jim, and Fantastic Carpet Svcs. many times before for cleaning and minor repairs so I called him for a quote. Since we were only replacing carpet in one room he needed to match it, and he found the exact brand, color, and grade, and completed a seemless match of the carpet. As always he was prompt and reasonably priced.

They did a really good job. They were on time. They used one of those indoor kinds of steam cleaner that was in their van and they had a really good one. They did the cleaning under the furniture. They knew they did the stuff up, off the floor and put the foam under it. They got all the stains out. While he was there, he looked at my tile and gave me an estimate on that. There was just one guy, he did it all. He was very nice and very knowledgeable. They were little bit expensive; but they were worth it.

David arrived on time and eager to get started... maybe because it was a Friday. Anyway, before I knew it, he was done (a little over an hour). The carpet not only looked outstanding, the smell was quite pleasant. David left my home the way it was when he arrived, will kept and clean. He left know marks on my walls or trash behind. Also, David spent a few minutes running down the dos and don'ts, until my carpet would dry. Good work for a very reasonable price, enough said!

They are very punctual and tidey. They clean up after themselves, and they care about customer safety. I have used them for over 20 years. They are family owned and courtous. It's usually 1 of 2 people, and it is great to see the same people working on my house. They are also very trustworthy. I had a coffee stain reappear, and he came out again to fix the problem.

They are very helpful as far as moving pieces of heavy furniture are concerned, so that they can take the rugs. They also help me put them back after they have cleaned the rugs. They are very accommodating and very professional. They even make specialty rugs for you and bind the edges.

He was good. He installed the flooring I bought and also re-finished the kitchen flooring. The contractor he used, the subcontractor, was very prompt, protective of the other areas of my house and did not leave a mess. He picked up all of his stuff leaving things clean and tidy.

The employee was very friendly. He knew how to measure, He eyeballed the price and it ended up being accurate. The owner came out to do the project himself. The only thing was I thought he would move a piece of furniture away, but he cleaned around it instead. I later realized that the customer has to move the furniture if you want it moved.

For a reasonable price, they do a great job. Also, they're open to negotiating on the price. When needed, they come right on time and quickly, move any furniture carefully and get rid of all stains. They also call back afterwards to see if we're satisfied with their work. I'm very happy with them.

David cleaned three large rooms of the upstairs portion of my home and did a fantastic job. He is very neat and does a thorough cleaning job. I did not have to ask him to go back and redo anything, as he did it right the first time. His price seemed reasonable and he came right on time. I've used this company for about the last five years and plan to continue using them.

Well, all I can really say is that Fantastic did not really work out for me. First off, the stains were still there, even after they did the work. This led me to hiring another company. When they did the carpet, they did not protect my furniture. The main reason I called them is because they are supposed to move your furniture. I am an old woman & cannot do that kind of labor. After scrubbing the rugs, they never came back when the rugs dried, & I am not very pleased with them at all.

PRICE WAS FAIR, ONLY A FEW DOLLARS MORE THAN COMPETITION. I CHOSE THEM BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN AROUND A FEW YEARS.
