They're thorough and friendly. They spend time with you. It's not an in and out appointment. They are both Pakistani so they travel a lot but we see them whenever we need them. The staff friendliness is fine.The office environment is fine but the physicians' assistants are new so I feel like it'll be unfair to rate them until I get know them. Punctuality and bedside manner is fine. She's given me good treatment. As long as I follow the schedule she's getting me for my meds, everything is lovely. What I don't like is, a couple of times I've gotten a bill for something that happened a year ago because they forget to charge me, so I get 7 rate deductibles charged at once. I hate that.
