Falling Water Irrigation & Drainage

Wonderful

It went real good. It was for my daughter who was real happy with it. The tech was a real good guy. I didn't hear any complaints.

His service was fine.  He did everything that he said he was going to do.  My French drains are working like they were promised.  The price was reasonable.  He was about a $1000 lower than anybody else that I got an estimate from.  I hope I don't have to use him again, but I will use him if I have to.

They did excellent work. I didn?t have any problems with them and their work. I was around when they were doing the job. I noticed that things were changing as they moved along with the work. The final product was good. There were times when a couple of people weren?t listening to me very well; that bothered me a little bit. However, they got it straightened out quickly. The sprinkler system cost me a little over $3000. However, I wasn?t too happy with the cost of the drainage work. I am not sure if I?ll use them again.

Holes were chopped out of the curbing, it was not smoothed and looked atrocious. Neighbors complained, the city cited us and we had to pay someone to come fix what Falling Waters messed up. We had Mr. Dieter back 4 or 5 times to try to fix our drains correctly. He was courteous and gracious, but he just has no idea how to put in an efficient drain system of a large size. We have had to have another company re-do almost everything we paid Falling Waters to do, including fixing all the sprinkler pipes he broke or buried while digging holes. We feel we were not given what we paid for and would absolutely not recommend them to our friends or neighbors or anyone else.

Mark was great. He finished his work as promised. The only delay is caused by his carpenter, who needs to amend our patio cover for the installation of gutters by Mark's gutter guy. However, when I called Mark for a status, he answered my questions and promised to keep me informed. I trust Mark, because he completed the work as promised.

The technician that came out was very knowledgeable and really did his best to make sure we were happy before he left. We appreciated that.

They were very professional. He stuck to his word and I have not had any issues. The prices were descent.

They did a great job overall. My only concern is I asked him not to design an area of grass and a flowerbed on one station because in my other house this caused the grassy area to flood. He put them on the same station anyway, but he said I will have no problems with it. I guess time will tell.

We had a minor flood in our house that ruined our wood floors. The french drain was part of the overall plan to make sure this would not happen again. Mr Dieter responded promptly to our call to request a quote, and offered a price that was several hundred dollars less than the competition. The installation went well overall. There was just one minor misunderstanding. It had to do with removing two large oleander bushes. Mr Dieter maintained that he did not agree to do this, while we distinctly remember that he did. The cure for this would have been to detail this in the quote. If you use Falling Water (and I highly recommend that you do) just learn from our experience and capture all of the details of your job into the signed quote.

They were prompt, courteous and professional! We were pleased with the work done and the way that they explained what needed to be done.

WE HAD MARK INSTALL A SPRINKLER SYSTEM IN OUR DAUGHTER'S HOME IN NOVEMBER OF 2004, AND WE WERE SO IMPRESSED WITH HIS OLD SCHOOL WORK ETHIC AND QUICK RESPONSE TO ANY FOLLOW-UP QUESTIONS OR NEEDS. HE IS THOROUGH AND KNOWS HIS BUSINESS WELL. HE IS NOT THE CHEAPEST AND NOT THE MOST EXPENSIVE, BUT HE IS WELL WORTH IT. AFTER HIRING HIM AGAIN OCT. 4TH, 2005 WE ARE CONVINCED THAT HE IS RELIABLE AND CAN BE TRUSTED TO GET THE JOB DONE VERY EFFICIENTLY. HE WAS THERE WAY BEFORE HE WAS DUE AND GOT DONE EARLY BOTH TIMES AND RAN THROUGH THE ENTIRE SYSTEM WITH US AND MADE SURE HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIS JOB BEFORE HE LEFT. HE DOESN'T NEED ANY BABYSITTING. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS LATER OR ANY ADJUSTMENTS NEED TO BE MADE TO THE SYSTEM, HE IS QUICK TO RESPOND AND IS SO NICE WHEN HE DOES. IN THAT FIELD IT IS DIFFICULT TO FIND RELIABLE AND GOOD PEOPLE, AND MARK IS ONE OF THE FEW. HE IS A LICENSED IRRIGATOR AND MEMBER OF THE BBB. HE IS NOW OUR IRRIGATION GUY FOR ALL FUTURE JOBS.
