Be very cautious with this company. The technician initially dismissed my suggestion that our microwave might need a new magnetometer. But after no more investigation than trying to heat a cup of water, he gave me an estimate to replace the magnetometer, a capacitor, and a diode. Because I did not have complete confidence in his approach, I called another service company. Its technicians removed the microwave oven combination from the wall and performed a thorough internal inspection. A new magnetometer was all that was needed, and the company I used charged 60% less for the magnetometer than Factory Appliance had bid.

I did not like them. The reason I used them is because there was some damage to one of my appliances when the guys were doing work in my kitchen.  My contractor used this company to come out to do work. They couldn't really fix it. They told me they were going to order a part, what I considered a simple part it was taking a week or more to get the part. I was so upset my contractor brought me a new dishwasher, but when the guy was here looking at my dishwasher, I mentioned the dryer because I was having a problem with it. He just looked at the dryer and just because of the age he said he could not do anything about it. They were not very responsive getting a part in a timely manner.

I have a GE built-in side-by-side which was icing/frosting up the ice chute in the door. They came out two times and still never got it fixed. The second time they replaced the solenoid, but not the flapper it attaches to. I don't understand that since it would have required no more labor and the cost is extremely cheap for the flapper. Plus, since they only waive their trip charge for call-back within 30-days, and the frosting occurs over several months, we were outside the 30-days. The serviceman was nice, but so is the cashier at the grocery store. Never again with these guys. I called a different contractor, and they showed me the warped flapper, which was then replaced. No more problem.

I have given great detail to both Samsung and Sears.

They are so bad I will pay for any future repairs rather than use A&E Factory service.

The repair was done professionally but the tech sure didn't seem to know what was wrong with the microwave. He seemed to be lost and took a shot in the dark. So he ordered several parts and when he came back for the install he tried the parts and kept the one that made the microwave work. I am grateful that he microwave works now but I sure wasn't convinced this guy knew his stuff.

After the part was installed I started getting a different error message.  The technician came back the next day and tightened and re-checked the connections.  That fixed the problem and I was able to use the dishwasher.

My Bosch dishwasher left a lot of soapsuds at the end of the cycle. I
requested service and Heiman came in promptly. He examined the
dishwasher thoroughly and located the origin of the problem. I still
noticed some bubbles after he left. I was convinced that the dispenser
was leaking. I called his office, placed an order for a jet clean
dispenser, and asked Heiman to install it. Heiman returned promptly with
the new dispenser but showed me everything was actually working
properly. He was very patient and walked me through every step of the
testing. He was indeed right. The dispenser was not leaking. He could
have installed the new dispenser and charged me part and labor. Instead,
he was honest and did not charge me anything for the second visit. It
is rare these days to find an appliance technician who is competent,
reliable, professional, and who puts customers' interest first.
