Fabrics & More

Plantation shutters arrived 1 month late.  When finally installed 2 windows damaged, 2 windows mis-measured, one door missing, 2 doors not functional.  4 months later no resolution. In between then and now , as of yesterday, no show on appointments, phone calls not returned, owner supposedly going to call but never has, he's "out of the country", etc. Poor, poor poor retail establisjhment. Icing on the cake--fabric for drapes defective!

I am FAR from the pickiest person in the world but the quality of Fabrics & More's upholstery work is TERRIBLE! It is now 4 weeks after their promised completion date and I STILL haven't received all of the seat backs. I've made 4 trips there to pick them up and had to reject their work 4 times for multiple reasons: overall sloppy work, fabric pattern crooked on chair backs, staples showing and welting improperly done. Raymond's a terrific sales person and will convince you that he can and will do anything. Though very nice and charming, he'll promise you the WORLD but does not see anything through. Morgan worked with me to get the job done correctly but she doesn't have any control over the shop or Raymond.
