I had to have someone else do it and they had me buy the wrong glue so had to replace. They did refund for the l but not the labor not materials. The sales rep and manager were nice and they offered to send someone else but the contractor was very rude and a pain to work with so I chose not to continue working with them. The material was OK but the install I would not recommend.

Initially, our friend recommended EZ Floors for us. We found 4 great flooring stores including EZ Floors on the Angie’s List. When I met Saif, he was so accommodating, very helpful, and totally professional. Mostly, EZ floors’ price was very competitive, which was exactly what our friend had told us. Actually, since we had a very tight schedule, we had a bit of a rough start. However, Saif was able to effectively communicate with us and proactively managing the crews’ schedules and tasks. A flooring company is only as good as its subcontractors; it was not an easy for a sale person to follow-through on the job from the beginning to the end. Saif stayed on top of everything and proactively managed the entire project and helped us to solve the problems. He was very responsive and always returned our calls. Specifically, the carpet installers and the wood crew worked hard and highly efficient. In the end, we are happy with our new floors. We just referred EZ Floor to our friend and will happy to refer Saif to anyone who is looking to have a honest sale man and capable project manager.

Allen with EZ Floors was great to work with! I spoke with Allen several months ago, visited several competitors and decided to go with EZ Floors. Allen was great communicating. His installers were professional and timely. The project took 3 days. Zach the project liaison was onsite throughout  the project and helpful with any questions. Very happy with the result.

Allen was incredibly helpful. This was our second time to use EZ floors. We went to the office on a Friday and our carpet was installed the following Wednesday. The team was fast and did a great job.

We ended up on EZ Floors due to a co-worker recommendation. After struggling with different types and brands of hard wood we found on EZ Floors the best balance of floor quality, brand and price (their price for the wood and carpet was less than others just for wood). The work was scheduled for 30 days in advance and performed as planned, scheduled and agreed. Results ended up beautiful. I would use them again.

They did an excellent job

As with any flooring redo inside a furnished house, it was by and large complete chaos but that's to be expected and not their fault. The flooring looks very nice, although it was on the higher end (price-wise) for many of the quotes I had received. There are a few areas where they didn't vary the planks (same pattern on side-by-side planks) but it's not immediately noticeable. I had my home appraised for a refinance and the appraiser indicated I had wood and tile floors throughout--so it must look pretty good.

EZ Floors was recommended by an installer which was recommended by a friend. We needed builder grade hardwood removed as well as carpet - which we wanted replaced with wider plank, darker hardwood. The estimate was lower or in line with other estimates we received - and lower than the installer that was recommended. We decided to do all of the business with EZ Floors and we're very glad we did. Everyone we got an estimate from said 3-5 days for the job. Since we were doing the entire bottom floor - we had to move upstairs and were without a kitchen (all of the furniture was moved there). They completed the job in 2 days - all of the removal, leveling, hardwood, furniture moving, and trim! We noticed a couple of smudges on the trim and sent a note. The installers were back out by the end of the week to touch them up. Floor looks beautiful, was done quickly, for a very good price, and with wonderful craftsmanship.
